haha yea i gotta agree, we're so quick to put down a statement with no factual backing or precedent. I honestly didnt know about the blink ias though and i've been playing dota for years O_o. NOW I FEEL LIKE A NOOOB

Basically, the guy got rather unlucky, combined with the +100% IAS, and craggy occurs before the attack hits. I've seen a tiny survive 5 seconds without taking a hit, one hit from death, because the chasing hero kept getting stunned.

its all with the psuedo random distribution. the more you get stunned with his crag, the higher % chance the next attack wont get you stunned

Not really.. I played a game last week as Barathrum and charge tiny and triggered MoM. And guess what? I was stunned for ages... And as soon as the stun wore off, I wud get stunned again, until MoM wore off. Had to go back home to heal asap Disappointed

I dnt think it's a bug tho. Just bad luck.

Doesn't matter on PRD. The most someone will really see someone stunned is maybe 4-5 times in a row.

just unlucky.
tried it
it acts like axe's helix.occurs at the animation of the attack.
when you blink strike,or phantom strike there is a chance it would occur cause those moves contain attack animations.
when you back stab from windalk there is also a chance you will be stunned.

not a bug.
