its stays for 3 to 4 secs.the buff timer is restarted.so when it stops hitting you its stays for 3 to 4 secs.im not sure if its 3 or 4.

I think the -armor lasts like 5 seconds after you're out of range of lightning.

Lol and I wonder how some people didn't notice the -armor effect! Razor's ult + static link is the combo that makes him so damaging.

I thought everyone knew about the armour reduction? Confused

Wasn't that one of the reasons he was so imba back in 6.60? I mean, it hasn't been nerfed yet, but razor himself was nerfed (i forgot how), it tis all good.

Razor was nerfed by the remake because of his way too good farming skills (Chain lightning + his ult). And that means he'd be way too good at fighting with all those shiny items.

His current ultimate isn't too imba for the -armor since you need to keep the target's hp low otherwise your ultimate will shift over to hitting a creep.

I think his remake was a buff. During 6.60-6.62, he was an auto-ban in leagues due to his imba skills.

Right now, he is being used again, but I am certain that when people discover how completely imba his Static Link is, they will tell Icefrog to nerf him agen Enraged

Negative armor reduction has a cap of -20 armor.

Uuuhm, about the duration of the armor reduction, I tested it and I think it lasts until the end of the duration of his ulti, so theoritically it can only last for a maximum of 20 seconds.

Correct me only if you are really sure.

Static link steals a raw divine damage to your target so its really imba but a second of thought.... you still need to keep the distance to your target or else the link stops sucking....

He's pretty cool,,, but the really imba thing about him was his ult and farming skills... the HUGE AOE HARASSING crap...

LAter ill show you a replay.. me using razor... I OWNED ENEMIES even if i didnt play it well, seriously....
