Well This is my First ITEM idea so im open for suggestions and sorry for my bad english >.

Hourglass Of Havoc

Description:
Once this was an item that the mystics used to seal the hatred of people in Quel'Thalas,One day this item cannot seal more hatred of people, the mystics knew that if this were to use again it will break and will release the hatred of people, They do know that if it were to be broken it will create destruction..

Requires:
Talisman of Evasion (1800 gold)
Mask of Madness (1900 gold)
Hyperstone (2100 gold)
Estimated= 5800

Discussion:
Gives:
30% Evasion

65 Attack Speed

Passive: Lifesteal
21% lifesteal on attacks. Orb effect.

Calloused Field(Passive)

Time Havoc(Active)



Calloused Field

This item releases an aura that distorts time and space, Units entering the area will have different effect on them.

Ally units near 600 Area will have 10%Attck Spd and 10%MS

While Enemy units will be unable to move everytime they goes inside the field.

-Will not able to move within 1 second. (Hold effect, Means cannot move but can attack and use skills, Cannot hold enemies again within 10 seconds)

-Slow units by 20%ms and 20% Attck Spd after getting the hold effect.Effect increases by 2% every 2 seconds.Can stack up to 40% after that it will reset to 20%. The slow Last 5 Seconds after getting out from the Field.

-Enemy units that goes outside the field will get stunned by .5 seconds (Cannot get stunned again by this item for 10 seconds)



Time Havoc (Active)

This items releases all of its power to all nearby ally units causing them to be enraged.

All Ally units in 600 area will have 110 attack speed and 25% movement speed but causes you to take 30% extra damage. Lasts 10 seconds.(It affects the person that uses this item)

50 Manacost

40 Cooldown

While in this mode the Calloused Field will be Disabled.

It is good anyway,but the items... It is too expensive
The lifesteal is too high,maybe?

Ahh sorry for double posting my Pc hunged, ill ask the mods to delete the other one, yeah the lifesteals so high, ill change it right away. ^.^

i think the passive field seems too overpowered; a 1 sec entangle, stacking slows, stun when they try to run. This aura is too much.

nope i think its not that overpowered, there are many downfalls on the aura, the one second entangle is not that much, cuz they can use skills and they cant be hold for 10 seconds after that, so what if the unit do leave the field, the slows do have a caps, the stun, not too much.. all of its effect are just for delaying heroes... well this is my side, if you find somthing offensive, then i apologize, but if you have something to suggest ill try to change it..
