I don't particularly hate anyone in this little community. I just think that in order for this community to be "healthy" and grow that way, the negatives should be pushed aside.
EDIT: But, I guess if you guys love "vins" soo much, then you may ignore my post.

I appreciate the time to make things clear as I might have been misled by different "meanings." True, the post can be fable, however, the idea of calling one cynical and trying to make a fabled sarcasm to a person you have never met, is not really positive, as it might have offended someone.
The answer to your first question is yes and no. I believe that was the sole reason to make the "ban" system.
The answer to your second question is no. There are other ways of doing things, such as prejudice. But like it has been said, "Give them their own poison!" Maybe my desire was overshadowed by my will to make this a better place, but nonetheless, I am right for saying communities should grow healthy.
