i'm thinking of another anime-related hero idea... kira yamato, ultimate coodinator, in a micronized strike freedom gundam.
Strength hero
skills:
deadly precision/ master swordsman- make the strike freedom swap between beam rifles and beam sabres. beam sabres have more attackspeed, but melee combat. beam rifles are slower but are ranged
ultimate coodinator- kira is unsurpassed by any other human, hence giving him superhuman abilities in a mobile suit. deals extra damage by chance and evades physical attacks in a percentage
combined rifle- kira combines his twin beam rifles and shoots a powerful beam at his opponent. deals normal nuke damage like tinker i guess...
full burst mode- ultimate. Kira's beam rifles, railguns and beam cannon, as well as his 8 DRAGOON units attack 13 random targets. if there are less than 13 targets, a target can be targeted more than once. max damage taken will be 300 on lvl 1, 450 on lvl 2 and 600 on lvl 3.
