Charizard, the flame lizard pokemon

Hello all! this will be my new hero idea
As pikachu seems pretty successful, i posted this charizard idea to accompany it =)

Charizard - Flame Lizard Pokemon
Range: 500 | Move Speed: 305
Primary: AGI
Str: 22 + 1.9 | Agi: 20 + 2.6 | Int: 18 + 1.8
Damage: 48 - 55 | HP: 568 | Mana: 234
HP Regen: 0.91 | Mana Regen: 0.73
Attack Speed: 0.95 | Armor: 3
[Edit]
Charizard and Pikachu were close friends, ever since he was a tiny Charmander. As the Scourge wrecked havoc on their homeland, charizard pledges to defend kanto and joins pikachu in the sentinel to finish off the scourge once and for all. Phenomenal on the manipulation of scrotching hot flames, charizard mows down the scourge with fire and agility. the scourge trembles with fear as Charizard turns its gaze on the steadily melting frozen throne


[Edit] Flamethrower (F)
Charizard breathes incredibly hot flames and it can melt and vapourize everything in its path. Flamethrower deals aoe damage in a straight line for 600 distance and 275 width and any enemy will get a chance of getting burnt.
Level 1 - Deals 80 damage, 15% chance of inflicting burn with 10 hp lost per second for 5 seconds
Level 2 - Deals 140 damage, 20% chance of inflicting burn with 10 hp lost per second for 6 seconds
Level 3 - Deals 220 damage, 25% chance of inflicting burn with 10 hp lost per second for 7 seconds
Level 4 - Deals 300 damage, 40% chance of inflicting burn with 10 hp lost per second for 9 seconds
Mana Cost: 90/100/120/140
Cooldown: 20
Framework: looks like lich's ulti, except it is flames and moves very fast like lina's dragon slave. burnt heroes cannot be denied
Notes: Nuke and finisher, with inspiration from the real flamethrower from pokemon

[Edit] Blazing Spirit (-)
The heavier the damage taken by Charizard, the more powerful his physical attacks will be. Maximum damage added is 80
Level 1 - For every 60 hp lost, Charizard deals an extra 2 damage
Level 2 - For every 45 hp lost, Charizard deals an extra 2 damage
Level 3 - For every 20 hp lost, Charizard deals an extra 2 damage
Level 4 - For every 10 hp lost, Charizard deals an extra 2 damage
Passive ability
Mana Cost: -
Cooldown: -
Framework: Charizard's tail fire will change colour from red to blueish white when reaching maximum attack
Notes: One of Charizard's DPS skills, inspired by the real ability Blaze in pokemon.

[Edit] Belly Drum (D)
Increases attackspeed insanely, while chopping charizard's current hp into half for a limited time. Lost hp is not recovered
Level 1 - Charizard gains 40% attackspeed while losing half of its current hp. Lasts 5 seconds
Level 2 - Charizard gains 50% attackspeed while losing half of its current hp. Lasts 8 seconds
Level 3 - Charizard gains 60% attackspeed while losing half of its current hp. Lasts 10 seconds
Level 4 - Charizard gains 75% attackspeed while losing half of its current hp. Lasts 12 seconds
When spell is cast the hp of Charizard will be lost immediately.
Mana Cost: 75/85/95/105
Cooldown: 50
Framework: Charizard lets out a savage roar like berserker's rage from axe.
Notes: Charizard's second DPS skill. this synergizes with blazing soul as to increase DPS by an insane amount. only problem is your half hp.

[Edit] Blast Burn (B)
Charizard creates a ring of scrotching hot flames around that will burn all enemies surrounding him. Have an initial damage and causes burns on every enemy and deals burn damage over 5 seconds
Level 1 - Deals 250 initial damage. Enemies will get a burn that lasts for 5 seconds and deals 20 damage per second
Level 2 - Deals 300 initial damage. Enemies will get a burn that lasts for 5 seconds and deals 40 damage per second
Level 3 - Deals 400 initial damage. Enemies will get a burn that lasts for 5 seconds and deals 60 damage per second
Level 4 - -

Mana Cost: 250/450/600
Cooldown: 120/115/90
Framework: Spell works like Venomancer's ulti, just in flames instead.
Notes: The gank starter

Discussion:
Charizard is an awesome DPSer with pretty good spells to work out with. the only problem is that it has quite a small manapool and its hp isn't really awesome. i will come out with the synergies and other things soon as i am really busy now...

WOW! Very nice, first spell is powerful but not imba, I love the tought of it.
The burning spirit/soul should be nerfed but has great synergy with its other skills (half the extra damage for it)
Skill three is very powerful, though i would not get this skill in OMG mode XD!
Ulti is great.
7.8/10 very nice!

ARGHHHH!!!!! I see this problem being built up very frequently on this dream hero section. Your hero's attack speed is super sonic, even magina has his fastest attack speed at about 1.47. Yours is way too fast. Like the idea of Pokemon (I love pokemon) but shouldn't someone be creating a pokemon for the scourge?

Also, the second skill should have a maximum cap to it. Even at about level 5, you get ganked and you have 100 Hp left, meaning you have minus-ed about 500 Hp and your added damage would be 500/5 x 2 = +200 damage!!! Way too powerful.

Belly drum is useless, cuz it drains 1/2 of hp
But! It connects with 2nd skills (+ 2nd skill is really imba)
Whew,very good,though...
Plasma,u r quite same with yendorc, always commenting about attackspeed
(We set the as to +/- 1.4 because lot of people do so)
Btw,what is charizard's real last skill? I bet it is not blastburn

1. what is the width of the line? [dragon slave has 275]
2. this is a VERY high damage nuke for an AGI...
390 if lucky, 300 for shure... but it seems not too hard, because of high CD.

2. an 700 damage AoE "Nuke"... well...
high manacost... hmmm... i think it's too powerfull, because it's AoE...but i cant realy say, so no comment...

to all, who don't know about attackspeed:
ther is a BAT (Base attack time) which is some sort of "cooldown" before your next attack.
BAT is 1.7 normally (91 heroes have this value, 4 don't)
[i recently realized, there are 95 heroes, not 94 xD]
normally, the attackspeed, mentioned here is BAT, because BAT does NOT change!

INGAME, BAT does not occure, because your attacktime is modified by agility and items.

[ BUT there is also the attacks per second (1/modified BAT) which is usually 0.6 at the start of the game (changes while playing) ] <= usually not used, because it changes if you have increased attackspeed.

Ultimate uses way way too much mana. 600!? And I thought belly drum "from pokemon" boosts your attack damage. not attack speed.

Yeah. Maybe change it to something else. Cause I see charizard getting mom+armlet and owning. Atkspeed+armlet (which lowers hp and adds damage)

Lets say you have 1000 hp in the early game
use his IAS skill
1000/10=100 damage increaes of 2 damage each=+200 damage
holy. Crap.
