story....

A mysterious bracelet with a circular metal in it and revolving arms inside the transparent covering of the metal... The power of this artifact remains unknown to the warriors of Kalimdor... It was said to have come from the future lost in the times... created by the unknown inhabitants of the new world...

well certainly the story tells about an ordinary watch the traveled through time and was found by the people in kalimdor....

PRICE= 1750+185+1200+500=3635

Requirements= Perseverance
Circlet of Nobility
Point Booster
Bracelet of time recipe scroll

Grants= 20 damage
5 to all stats
8 hp regeneration
150% mana regeneration
250 Hp
150 Mp
Distortion (active)

Distortion
CD= 75
MC=200
AoE= 700
Lasts for 8.75 seconds
Distorts the fabric of time around the user... has different effects to the enemy and the user...

User= each 0.8second will be equal to 1 second for the user
so 0.8 second of normal time is 1 second to the user

Enemies= each 1 normal second will be turned to 0.7 seconds for the enemies...
so basically they will be slowed but not actually slowing them...

Note= Affects Cooldowns, regeneration, Speed but not gold gain... also affects buffs like stuns and other debuffs/buffs.

Synergies on DPS heroes that can go through max ASPD like windrunner to further boost their aspd... also on support heroes.

well you're now free to fry the hell out of me again(Just like before)!!!

Edit 1 I change the recipe.... Ultimate orb changed to Circlet, Point Booster and recipe... the the bonus...
