Item Name: Staff of LawlFay-el.
Item Description: LawlFay-el was a much loved and respected leader of the orcs, so well loved, that to die for him in battle was the highest honour. As such, his orcs would give their all, and sacrifice their lives for the sake of their brothers.
Cost:
225gold
Gives:
+1 to all stats
Active: The Highest Honour

Active: Causes the targeted unit to instantly switch HP with the nearest creep (can only be cast on creeps, will not affect neutrals. Max distance between units of 300, HP cannot not exceed maximum HP).
Manacost: 10 Cooldown: 10
NOTE: This item cannot be cast on roshan, and will not auto-select roshan to switch.

Discussion:
This item can turn early game laning and farming into pure chaos for the enemy. The ranged enemy hero fires a projectile, you use the active on that creep, and the opponent has wasted his attack on a creep which no longer has last hittable health, this means you can now easily last hit/deny the creep it swapped with. Or for a melee opponent, switch it during their animation (not as foolproof as for ranged, but can still be effective ). This item may seem imbalanced for its spammable mana cost and cooldown, but there is absolutely no reason why the opponent couldn’t have also bought one at the start of the game (and he probably should have).

I wanted this item to be considered as a starting item, and the idea was to provide increased lane control, for any hero. Increasing the cost makes it less likely to be a starting item.

Like it says in the description: can only be cast on creeps.
I think a 10 mana 10 second cooldown sunder would be just a little bit imba. This is purely for lane creeps.
