15% increased movespeed

17% increased attackspeed (ovespeed increase doesnt stack with yasha, sange abd yasha, or manta style)



Active:

Throw sand evyrwhere!!
The hero will throw sands around 500 AOE him, blinding all units by 10% each second. Throwing sands evrywhere last 5 seconds. If the enemy moves 300 range when blinded, the sand will get into their eyes, making them blinded more and move in random patterns for 3 seconds. The blind last 4 seconds after the full duration of random movements

Blind stacks with other blinding skills.
Manacost : 70
CD : 15

What is the increased blind when they come closer?
How long will they run in random direction?

Please put MOVESPEED BONUS DOESNT STACK WITH YASHA or all hero can reach +450 ms. . .
