Once a simple doctor in a small unknown goblin town, the good doctor Freezl lived an average life and help patients recover from harm. One day, doctor found that the same medicine he used to save people's lives could also be used to kill them as well. It was at this time when the good doctor went bad, and left his town in search of unwilling victims. Using corrosive acids to weaken his enemies' armor, doctor can then inflict massive damage using volatile potions and brews to finish them off. The doctor's medical profession also allows him to perform his duty to his allies, and heal them with the exact same chemicals he uses to kill enemies.
Corrosive Attack (n/a)
The doctor hurls random flasks of various corrosive acids at his targets, reducing their armor by a random amount and dealing variable amounts of damage with every attack. ORB EFFECT AND BUFF PLACER.
Level 1 - Each attack does 2-4 DPS and lowers the target's armor by 1-3 for 3 seconds.
Level 2 - Each attack does 4-6 DPS and lowers the target's armor by 2-4 for 3 seconds.
Level 3 - Each attack does 6-8 DPS and lowers the target's armor by 3-5 for 3 seconds.
Level 4 - Each attack does 8-10 DPS and lowers the target's armor by 4-6 for 3 seconds.
Mana Cost: n/a
Cooldown: n/a
Framework: Target's hit again by this attack are reafflicted with this debuff, meaing the original damage and armor reduction they suffered before will be replaced by the new amounts instead. Target's hit will be covered in acid for the duration.
Notes: Good harassing skill and armor reduction.
Volatile Brew (E)
Throws a flask of volatile chemicals over the target area, spreading a dangerous concoction over all the nearby eney units. AS the afflicted targets move, then chemical damages the target's limbs, slowing them down as they run.
Level 1 - Target loses 2% movespeed and attackspeed for every 100 units traveled. Lasts 8 seconds.
Level 2 - Target loses 3% movespeed and attackspeed for every 100 units traveled. Lasts 9 seconds.
Level 3 - Target loses 4% movespeed and attackspeed for every 100 units traveled. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 4 - Target loses 5% movespeed and attackspeed for every 100 units traveled. Lasts 11 seconds.

Mana Cost: 125/130/135/140
Cooldown: 14
Framework: Throws a red potion that explodes over the target area.
Notes: Great anti-escape skill, forcibly slows down running heroes to a standstill.
Medicinal Practice (n/a)
Due to the doctor's past expertise as a doctor, his attacks and spells heal allies near the attack or spell.
Level 1 - ***Corrosive attack***: heals 6 hp/sec for 3 seconds. ***Volatile potion***: increases movespeed by 2% each second for 8 seconds. ***Deadly mixture***: either heals 10 mana per second or increases armor by 4. both last 8 seconds
Level 2 - ***Corrosive attack***: heals 9 hp/sec for 3 seconds. ***Volatile potion***: increases movespeed by 3% each second for 8 seconds. ***Deadly mixture***: either heals 15 mana per second or increases armor by 5. both last 8 seconds.
Level 3 - ***Corrosive attack***: heals 12 hp/sec for 3 seconds. ***Volatile potion***: increases movespeed by 4% each second for 8 seconds. ***Deadly mixture***: either heals 20 mana per second or increases armor by 6. both last 8 seconds
Level 4 - ***Corrosive attack***: heals 15 hp/sec for 3 seconds. ***Volatile potion***: increases movespeed by 5% each second for 8 seconds. ***Deadly mixture***: either heals 25 mana per second or increases armor by 7. both last 8 seconds.
Corrosive attack: affects allies 175 range away from the target Volatile potion: affects allies in the aoe Deadly mixture: affects allies in aoe

Cooldown: n/a
Framework: Places the same appearance of the debuff on allies, but it helps them.
Notes: Allows Freezl to heal allies as well as hurt enemies, makes him very versatile in this manner.
Deadly Mixture (R)
The doctor throws all of his potions around him, hitting all nearby enemies with a random potion, dealing damage while also having a chance to afflict the target with an extra effect.
Level 1 - Does 100 damage and has a chance to either silence for 4 seconds, ministun the target every 2 seconds for 2 seconds, or stun the target for 2.5 seconds.
Level 2 - Does 175 damage and has a chance to either silence for 5 seconds, ministun the target every 2 seconds for 4 seconds, or stun the target for 2.8 seconds.
Level 3 - Does 250 damage and has a chance to either silence for 6 seconds, ministun the target every 2 seconds for 6 seconds, or stun the target for 3.2 seconds.
Level 4 - [scepter upgrade] Increases aoe and does 325 damage
Ministun lasts .1 seconds
Aoe of 400/420/440/550
Mana Cost: 190/200/210/250
Cooldown: 75
Framework: Kinda same in the way of fan of knives, but it throws different colored potions (depending on extra effect) at the nearby targets. There is a 33% chance of getting the specific effect, but a 100% chance of getting at least one.
Notes: The effect of this is a gamble in some ways, but it can be useul in disabling nearby heroes in some way.

Discussion:
Not much to say, other than this hero acts as both a decent disabler with a powerful slow and semi reliable ult, in addition to beaing able to assist allies at the same time thanks to his passive.
I would recommend either a stereotypical support or disabler build.

1: Reduced DPS on corrosive attack and reduced duration
2: reduced DPS on corrosive attack even more and adjusted the effects of midicinal practice a bit. Swapped pura damage boost on ult for rapid minstuns. Fixed some grammar errors too.

ok, i will change the ult's disabling chances and I will also increase the range of the armor reduction, so it is very unliikely to lower armor by the higher amounts

looks a bit too hard for me...
I mean... it's passive...
the armor reduction is like nevermores aure in average... (5)
and the damage better than bone fletchers arrows... (60)
make it autocast, and give it a manacost of 20 or even 23...
but then... you may orbwalk...
hmmm...
i think, you have to reduce damage and armor reduction even more...
perhaps to (4) and (40) in average...
oh... by the way? what type of damage? magical? mixed? physical?

well... the buff of volatile potion doesent increase ?!?
and... your ulti will replenish 400 mana... perhaps reduce this... because your ulti costs only 250 mana in Agahim form...

ok then, i will reduce the damage even more and adjust the allied passive skill a tad
the allied Volatile brew spell inceases as allies move

This hero is pretty good. His mana regen is a little high that all. Nice job
