Pudge suggestions

hook isolates hero from a team, so its unlikely that dismember will be uneffective without a BKB. it still depends on situation actually.
i suggest aghnims (saying that aghanims needs BKB to be effectively doesnt change the fact that its good, because u dont skip dismember at lvl 6 just cos you dont have BKB)
and i suggest a talisman of evasion for tanking or BLademail to be more offensive. pudge's high hp and resistance makes him great against nukes already, so talisman can counter DPS heroes well, and blademail too.

Quite the nice hook acc, first of all.
BoT is practically second hand, unless cash restraints require otherwise.
Bottle to late game is a must
Scepter gotten mid to late. NEVER rush it. Should be gotten though. Esp with your accuracy.
HoT It gives 1k hp and combined with scepter, adds 90 dmg to ult.
Hood/ pipe. Pipe kinda overkill imo, but if game goes long enough, buff your hood.
Hmm. Orchid. Regen mana dmg silence. Combed with 1500 spell dmg that's some serious pain. Nice

Pudge is great for ganking
i get Hood/pipe (hp and protection from nukes)
BoT (set up ganks)a must
bottle (later sold if long game only when needed an extra space)
HoT (benefits for his hp and his ulti)
Sceptre (blue) (wat makes his ulti awesome)
Hex (mana regen, hex) prefer hex rather than orchid cuz the sheep is better than silence. i believe for this hero
hex shud b the last or Hot but games shud b ended by then
BKB i don't think is much needed as ur ulti only last 3 secs if u want it optional

Am I the only one who buys an Assult Cuirass on Pudge? I think the armor is very important and Pudge is a capable DPS with the amount of damage from strength he accumulates from ganking. Of course, I get this item late into the game when my cores are farmed up.

I get some DPS items on Pudge at later stages. It usually only happens when I rack up quite a bit of STR, though.

Try switching orchid either for guinso or for shivas. Shivas is pretty fun actually, but solves your mana and armor problem, and adds the smoothy artic blast. Guinsoo is self-explanatory.
I consider scepter a must on him, at least late game, because it will make your ulti more effective trough the game.

1 Flesh Heap really can help, but you can stack hood magic resist then. for it stacks with FH you need to buy the hood first

I think he plays a better supporting role. farming orchid or a hex would be better than an assault imo. If you're referring to the aura, i'm pretty sure someone else can buy it

If you see these sick guys on YouTube armor or magic immune is not something very important
Just rot(turn on before combo), hook, disember, follow with rot, if stunned hook him back
If play against noobs HoT is not needed, and what helps blademail for resistance?
And I seen many owning pugde without bkb

Armor and Magic resistance is VERY important. High armor reduces regular attacks, therefore you last longer in fights against heroes like Mortred or Troll. Magic resistance lowers the damage you take from other spells AND Rot. Flesh heap's resistance stacks with Cloak, HoD, and Pipe. Rot can really hurt you if you leave it on. You can also last longer in fights with casters such as Lich and Lion.

i know a fun way to use him. Go top lane solo get a qb 9 tangoes and 2 mp potions. When you are defending with the tower(you should be),break into the trees while in fog. At level 3 with lvl2 hook u can hook and trap them leaving no choice but to be butchered by PUDGE!!!!
