Whats the best mid-late game killer/assassinator?

I'm new to dota but have found that I find great enjoyment in many mid-late game kills and/or assinations. What's the best hero to do that?

i think it pa and pl seriously if they both farmed good and dont feed and get fed then ur stuffed if ur vsing to of them and the games for over 50 mins ur really stuffed a bit i'm getin off topic viper and drow can b lethal as they both have spell that pump their dmg up

Well, there are a lot of those. But if you're new to Dota..You should try Sven. He has a good disable and enough hp given he is strength based. The only downside is he is melee...and this is the hardest thing for newbies in Dota.

If you are a newbie, troll, kardel, and banehallow will be good.
If you are experienced, phantom lancer, terrorblade, and mirana will be great. Lanaya too.

Nerubian assasin is the best assasin in the mid-early late period.
Also Slardar,Viper,Mirana,Templar Assasin are few that do well from mid to late game as well....
