inventory silenced?

can you pls help me what are the skills that can silence both your skill and your inventory / items? all i know is "doom" anything else?

stun, cyclone (altough you can't do anything to him as well)
shackles(so pudge's ult as well)

don't really know if its correct, you can't cast orchid or something in shackles. but i dont' know about lothar.

voids ult.

Black hole silences inventory? I dont think it does.

black hole completely disables all caught enemies,preventing them from moving,attacking,etc so they cant use inventory items.same as silencing
nightmare and fiend's grip

black hole does not silence inventory - try it. every time i play against enigma i get euls.

same goes for every other item.

Any stun or total disable should prevent the use of items in theory, Black Hole as well ...

erm, cant think of much else. i think they have covered everything. Doom is a monster, cant even activate bkb to get rid of it :p, imba skill.

ONLY Doom can silence your inventory! Nothing else! Any other form of silence will only disable your active (and maybe some passive) skills...
And while being disabled (stunned, hexed, etc.) you obviously can't use anything at all...
