When I said "that skill is called shadow slashes" I was referring to the skill plasmas09 was referring to(of another dream hero, if I recall correctly). Not the skill of my hero. So, you just pwned yourself.

And lets not stress on this matter any further because...well it's stupid. If you want to comment on the hero, go on. Any comments not about that - PM me, don't spam here.

If you two were talking about tco's Feodora, I guess it's Double Kill, cause his skill is named Shadow Slashers, not Shadow Slashes. Yet, you are right - nevermind it, end of topic. EoT.

This guy is nicely done, like most of your heroes. Two flaws.
Firstly - he has attack range of 130. He is melee or ranged? Cause 128 is the final range of melee attack when game actually states that this is melee...
Second, I don't like the idea of heroes that have their power from their items. What heroes are they? Nothing without their artifacts. But it's only my point of view - hero is very good, as I stated upwards. I like the first skill the most - it has devastating power in close combat, yet sucks in case of chasing. More like a shotgun, not pistol. But it also seems a bit underpowered for me - it deals only 50 raw damage more than Gondar's shuriken, nearly the same manacost and longer CD, while it looses its power with range and doesn't ministun. And it is also lowered by armor and spell reduction both. Even with critical it is papercannon if used on AGI heroes/anyone with good armor/anyone with bonus spell resistance.

(Yes the first skill is a shotgun, a two barrel, sawed-off shotgun - I saw it on the model)Yet, people complained about how high the damage is, combined with the Third Skill. Still, the second skill makes it into magic damage, and makes it unable to miss, which I think makes up for its lack of power as a solo skill. I can still make some tweaks on it though. Any suggestions?

I didn't know 128 was max - touche. I can still make it like, 125 or so?

I mean, 130 is good for melee, but only if his weapon is long enough. On Lucy with his enormous blade it looks good, but I saw this General Frank's model and I think he will be slashing air with this AR...Up to you.

Bleach, I didn't mind the 2nd skill, which removes disadvantages of 1st one. Good, balanced, synergised.

I do like it.

First spell doing mixed damage however seems a little weak as it would end up being weaker then most nukes and rely on the 20% to actually deal noticable damage.

Besides that, its epic all together, one of my favorites of yours.

Review meh hero? :P

I'm not picky but I was just reading through it and found it. And its because the hero's already good for now.

But I got some questions

So if second skill is toggle and you use your first skill it doesn't miss right?
And also I like how the ulti and second skill works together. By making all enemies spectral form you hit them for more damage and stuff. Good job. Hope you get it to top 4 as usual.

OK i will put it straight.

Bracelet of Pain for me is very imbalance.
Like to say your own first skill, Shoot!, previously i though you exxagerating your skilll and consider it imbalance, but after i read that this deal mixed damage, i will not say you must nerfed his first skill because its damage will be greatly reduced.

Bracelet of Pain is very imbalance to me. What happen if you use a level 5 Dagon?? If triggered, it will deal 800 damage + 800 damage = 1600 damage??? WTF dude, nerfed it please. Although Dagon is not for agi hero, but it certainly do have some pack a punch at the enemy and can even slaughter an enemy.

Shadow Slasher is balanced to me. Its work like Monkey King Bar but without bonus damage.

The rest should be not a problem. With Roman's Spectral Belt, his only problem is DPS hero.

What happens if level 5 dagon costs more than 6000 gold and is the most expensive item in dota? Oh wait. It is. Well, I think bracelet is not imbalanced because - well, everyone points out the Dagon 5 thing, when they do not consider that dagon 5 is the most expensive item in dota, and you would need a shitload of time and money to acquire it - plus, Roman has no farming skills. Eventually, Roman would be able to buy a level 1 dagon, and even then, he would have mana problems with using it and his other skills. I agree, it would be sort of viable, but no more than level 1.

In short, I will not nerf the Bracelet, cause I think it is not necessary.

Ermmmm.. Here is proof btw

During a mission his master gave to him, Feodora traveled the entire world, seeking the twin blades that his master said can improve his shadow-based sword mastery. One day he found the twin blades. He took and wields the blades whenever he faces a battle until one day he realized that the twin blades has very high accuracy, so Feodora named them as Shadow Slashers, for their slash can even hit very quick objects. He trained himself to use Shadow Slashers during his way back home. Now he is ready to face anything, fighting the shadows or even fight alongside the shadows.

Anyway, if the max attack range is 128 for meelee, so that makes lucifer ranged? Confused... HELP TO COMMENT ON MY HERO IDEAS I AM GETTING DESPERATE FOR SOMEONE TO DO SO. ONLY 2 PPL HAVE COMMENTED ON MY COSMOS PALADIN SO PLEASE HELP.

P.S. MY HERO IDEA ALSO HAS 150 ATTACK RANGE SO DOES THAT MAKE HIM MEELEE OR RANGE
