Albifron was once a human named Alfonse B. Fron. He was tired of his life. He wanted a change of pace and live in the fast lane. One spring day, he noticed a room in his house that he never saw before. As he open the door, he was magically transformed into a monkey and transported to the Warcraft universe. He traveled around Azeroth, he learned many different skills of combat. He then encounters a clash between the Sentinel and the Scourge. He anxiously tested his new found abilities leaving a devastating wake. He was then recruited by both factions but he turned them down. As a neutral, he awaits a call from either side. The one who offers a higher bid gets the services of Albifron the Maniacal.
Madness (D)
Borne of his frustration of being transformed into a monkey, he channels his anger mentally disabling any unit. Target becomes silenced and movement is greatly reduced but gains unimaginable attack speed. Lasts 4 seconds. It has a cast range of 400 units.
Level 1 - Target gains 100% attack speed.
Level 2 - Target gains 200% attack speed.
Level 3 - Target gains 300% attack speed.
Level 4 - Target gains 400% attack speed.
Movement speed will be reduced to 200. Can be cast on enemies, self and allies. Any unit inflicted by Madness will be silenced for the duration. Does not stack with Ursa Warrior's Overpower. All orb effects of the target will be disabled. Unit may still use items.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 13
Framework: The target's eyes will glow a red light with a red stun effect hovering over.
Notes: Disable and tower pushing skill.
Forestry (F)
As a monkey, Albifron learned to move from tree to tree. Enables him to move through the forest. After using Forestry, he gains 2 seconds immunity from all magical attacks.
Level 1 - 30% Reduced Movement Speed. Lasts 15 seconds.
Level 2 - 20% Reduced Movement Speed. Lasts 20 seconds.
Level 3 - 10% Reduced Movement Speed. Lasts 25 seconds.
Level 4 - No Speed Reduction. Lasts 30 seconds.
Skill will fail when there is no tree within 125 AOE of Albifron. Allows him to phase through trees. It has 1 second cast time.
Mana Cost: 50
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Phase effects when he enters trees.
Notes: Primary scouting and escaping skill.
Craving (R)
Hunger drives Albifron crazy to a point where he must feast and devour any victim within his line of sight clawing away their protective armor.
Level 1 - 11% of his attacks deals pure damage. Gives 3 additional damage with each attack. Stacks 5 times.
Level 2 - 14% of his attacks deals pure damage. Gives 6 additional damage with each attack. Stacks 5 times.
Level 3 - 17% of his attacks deals pure damage. Gives 9 additional damage with each attack. Stacks 5 times.
Level 4 - 20% of his attacks deals pure damage. Gives 12 additional damage with each attack. Stacks 5 times.
Additional damage stack will reset after the fifth attack. Example, the additional damage at level 4 will be 12/ 24/ 36/ 48/ 60/ 12/ 24/ 36/ 48/ 60.
Mana Cost: N/ A
Cooldown: N/ A
Framework: Buff placed indicating he is under Craving.
Notes: Devastating passive that pierces through armor.
Duplication (C)
Albifron creates a magical cast from astral material creating a small monkey from within his soul. The monkey possesses the same stats and skills as the original as he is created from Albifron's likeness. Lasts 30 seconds.
Level 1 - Monkey receives 100% more damage and deals 50% damage.
Level 2 - Monkey receives 50% more damage and deals 75% damage.
Level 3 - Monkey receives no additional damage and deals 100% damage.
The monkey may use Albifron's skills but has no inventory. It has movement speed of 335/ 355/ 375. When killed, duplicate will have a bounty of 100/ 150/ 200.
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 130/ 110/ 90
Framework: A small monkey is summoned on the battlefield.
Notes: Useful perfect clone with skills.

for the sake of ballance... CHANGE your AT-speed...
1.7 is normal (means 1.7 seconds for one attack) 91 out of 95 heroes have it. the fastest (magina) is 1.45 and he has WAY less HP, compared to you.

1. max attackspeed increase is 400% so your skill wont work.
2. why did you wrote it is a disable? you can NOT cast it on enemys
at least you disabled orb effects.
but there is work to be done here!

1. why does he not have the same MS like you? he shares inventory and skills, so why not speed?
2. powerfull ulti, but imo ballanced, because you don't have a stun, to use it to perfection, and are slowed, while in madness mode

The monkey doesn't share the inventory. It has none that's why it has it's own move speed. And I did some digging and the fastest attack speed I found was PotM with .70 something. Magina is faster too with 1.13.

the thing is:
most people are refering to the Base Attack Time (BAT) when talking about attack speed, which is essential the number of seconds you need for one attack, without any modifies due to stats, auras or items.
they are posting the BAT, because it's an value, that DOES NOT CHANGE, whether you have increased attackspeed, or not (because it is the base, as the name indicates).
you on the other hand are talking about the number of attacks per second, which is calculated this way:
( 1 + IAS ) / BAT = Attacks Per Game Second
while 100% IAS equals 1 IAS , and 1 AGI equals 0.01 IAS
so the "normal" attacks per second at the start of the game are around:
1.21 / 1.7 = 0,71
but this value is attached to your AGI, that's why it is ... well... not very usefull to compare your hero, because if you have 100% IAS, it's not like you just double your attacks per second... it's way more complex, and only calculatable by BAT...
and the standard BAT IS 1.7 (91 out of 95 heroes have this BAT)
while the standard attacfks per second at the start of the game are around 0.68-0.72 (91 out of 95 heroes are in this Area...)
so you see: BAT is better to compare!
