Description:
A enormous tablet inscribed with mystucal runes. The origins of this tablet or its power are unknown, but one thing is for sure - it is heavy.

Plate Mail (1400 gold)
Messerschimidts Reaver (3200 gold)
Claymore (1400 gold)

Discussion:

Gives:

•+10 armor
•+25 damage
•+25 strength
•(Passive) Runic Force: releases the power stored in the tablet whenever the wearer takes enough damage, this force grows stronger as time passes by.

In depth: Runic Force

• uses charges to determine how much charge the item has (gains 1 charge every 5 seconds, max 5 charges)
•activates when the user takes an input of hero damage or any input of damage over 100 damage.
•When attack, the wearer gains 1 armor for every 5 seconds of charging beforehand(max +5 armor) and gains 8 damage per 5 seconds charged (max +40 damage). Effect lasts 9 seconds.
•When it has maximum charges, the user glows with an orange color.
•When attacked with charges, the user releases a burst of orange energy for the duration


This item works well with tanker heroes and also dps heroes, as they become harder to kill and dealing more damage when they are attacked.

So how much exactly is the recipe cost? (too bored to do math in the mornining) And also you have some typos.
