Bfly first if you are against DPS late game; heart if you have the gold mid game when nukes are still effective

Well Diffusal should be bought first..... After diff Bfly is good because on PL pipe is pretty much core so Nukes are not your worry.

I go HoT first. Images get stronger then. The longer they survive the better.

diff should definitely be bought first, but I think pipe is overdoing it

after boots diffusal and hood/manta, heart. then bfly. no, bkb sucks on PL

or you could radiance first, its beginning to look awesome on PL lately, awesome synergy with lance

But he's an illusion dps... illusions>disables unless AOE. AOE doesn't even do that much damage, and that's what dopplewalk is for after the AOE to escape any other spells. Also, what's the point of getting BKB if you want to confuse the enemy with your illusions? a big guy really stands out you know
