In an RDEM game on battle net I talked a random bunch into picking a team based around buffing dk, they didnt really listen to me when i told them the kind off buffs we should get but it worked.
we got:
DK:me (of course)
Magnus (empower)
Chen (healz)
Ogre Magi (Bloodlust)
and Necrolyte (healz)
none of the healers picked the obvious choice: lich

vs

Sven
Omni
Weaver
WD
Sylla

I soloed top and only managed to farm an armlet, vanguard, helm and reaver before it was GG

I cant imagine what could be done with one or both of the healers being replaced with tree and lich.

basically everyone stood behind me while i steamrolled everything in front of me.
and i made alot of believers, my team was elated at the success of it.

What do u guys think? how do we make DK more unstoppable?

Well being an armor whore isn't what you need. A good addition to your team would be VS for antoher stun and a fat DPS boost.

and the statement "team based around buffing dk" should be "you are all noobs i should get all kills you should all support me"

I'll buy a hood. I'll put omni on my team. I'm not saying 100 armor is the solution to the mystery of dota. I'm not saying i just invented sliced bread. I'm ASKING how do we make this better.

@CFX: It was EXACTLY like that. It was so much fun. But they weren't noobs. They were cool letting the carry get farmed and they were having just as much fun. It was an enjoyable game of dota. and no one flamed anyone.
The other team just qqed about perma stuns.

armor isnt a great deal on DK unless you have alc/slardar/dazzle. it's better to focus on something that deals with spells as well(bkb), then focusing on damage. picking a team revolving on 1 hero would most of the time, deprive you of laning advantage

it was said above you. oh, omniknight. sheep what?
not to mention that the rest of my team was more than capable of taking care of itself. and taking care of me while im a chicken for three seconds. And we also ended the game before any of them were close to creating a sheep stick.
We're probably not gonna see ppl doing this in leagues, guys. But it was fun as hell. and thats the only real reason i play.

You want to know how to make him unstoppable? You farm, You learn how to orbwalk, and that's pretty much it. Having a whole team own is better than having just one hero own. Cause if that one dies then your team would be eaten.

1 counter to the team: Diffusal. I'm sorry, those buffs disappear in half a second flat. Next, disables, as always. Rexxar with a good team does the job.

The make Techies unstoppable team? I tried it. it works.
With support like that you can easily have Techies as carry.
But any decent Int will shut you down. Take down DK, take down the team. Even with BKB you are not protected 24/7. Its a miracle you won without BKB, and even if you had BKB, its a miracle they didn't kill you in WD's stun time, Sven's stun time and Omni's ulti time, all of it with Maledict casted on you. Pfft.



Exactly. Go try that in an organised IH match. Rapes ensues.
