seen some people attach HotD along with SnY, aren't they "do not stacks"? they 2 has orb effect, extra buff placer on SnY.. another w/ vlad, believe in it's lifesteal along with another orb, often deso, skadi, or (repeat)SnY
my opinion, HotD, do not upgrade except all your inventory is full

Well, SnY is a chance based orb so it does stack in a way. However, I wouldn't buy SnY as it is more of a mid-tier/game item. He is a carry so I'd say Satanic. The active skill, "dominate", works wonders on Jahrakal. All you need to do is "dominate" an Elite Wolf(not sure of the name, but he is the gray wolf), and you will have extra damage! That means you can solo Roshan as early as level 11. I've seen people get Maelstrom on him. However, due to the recent changes being viable on almost every hero is kind of bad for him. In the past, it was more of an agility hero item, but now it's not, so you don't get as much damage as it used to give.

depending on my enemy i always change my orb but i will always have vlads with it to accommodate for lifesteal.
with that said an overall best orb to me is diffusal:
it is easy to get early with vlads
makes you a mid game ganking monster
it makes it easy for you to farm without getting ganked from scare factor(pubbies)
and to me a slow is one of the most needed thing on troll so he can get kills quicker

i get both lifesteal and diffusal. they dont stack but i get lifesteal and slow + all the damage. and sny doesnt stack with lifesteal

Mostly Hotd as I find it effective enough for decent pubstomping, but by choosing Diffusal&Vlads you can't go wrong either.

A weird choice could be Desolator(paired with Vlads) if you are planning to get AC later on for additinal imbaness in pubs.

HotD overrules most orb effects that troll really needs, but Deso is also good. but i still prefer HotD

before, it was better for troll, since it was more of a agility item, considering the build contained eaglehorn, instead of hyperstone.

For fun maelstrom is great anyways. maelstrom is fun on anyone, including cm and warlock.
