You may have seen this posted on the announcement pages so I am sorry if this is a second read for you I just wished to make sure everyone knows about the promotion.

*THIS LADDER IS PLAYED EXCLUSIVELY ON GARENA*

This weekend WinDota.com is launching by holding a special weekend event.

The weekend is THIS WEEKEND (21/11/09-22/11/09)

So as from 21/11/09 (00:01 GMT) to 22/11/09 (23:59)

Players will be able to play on WinDota earning experience points and levels!

At the end of the weekend the 3 players with the highest experience points will share a prize pool of $400:

1st: $250
2nd: $100
3rd: $50

Simply Register, Login and start searching for a game, either by yourself or with your friends, it's up to you!

Play, earn, win with a party of 1 (playing by yourself) or 5 (creating your own team!).

To keep the weekend fair from abuse, once the game has seen your score over a few games and once there are enough players online you will ONLY game with players of SIMILAR LEVEL.

That means fun, challenging and interesting games.

PLEASE NOTE: It doesn't matter if you are the best pro in the world or the biggest noob, as after a few games you play with players of similar skill your experience points will still go up so long as you can beat players of the same calibre as yourself!

I hope to see as many of you as possible this weekend!

Pomlaos I have an account here however I wish to discuss the opening promotion and not go off topic.

Why should I be banned? I am promoting an event that will be a nice addition to the community in my opinion.

Drew was very kind in posting the event in the announcements.

by looking at it i can say its not a tournament,and people wont like this thingy,or im clueless about it or is it like garena's ladder?i mean wtf i should just stay with my eyes in pc all the day to get points by playing,this doesnt sound really good anyway,you would better make a tournament imo

Is there an entry fee? Or is the event purely sponsored by outside advertising?

Think about it, Garena will be making over $400 by getting players to view advertisements. So there is just free money, as it is provided by advertisers.
