i am dead curious: wich is best BONE FLETCHER or DROW RANGER

I was playing against a friend the other day, i was playing clinks and he was playing traxex, and it was tight, but he eventually kicked my ass, so i was wondering is fire better than ice, and is buyng soul booster 4 him a good choice?

its sort of hard to understand your statement, you said your friend(Traxex) beat you(Clinkz), but you ask if fire(Clinkz) is better than ice(Traxex)? And is soul booster good choice for him(Traxex is a girl)?

i asked wich one of the 2 heroes is the best, i trully do not know, and to my mind they are pretty equal so i posted this to see other peoples opinions, clinks is my favourite, and 4 clinks i buy soul booster, and YES i have noticed that traxex is a girl, and still you did not answer my question, so please help me out

Well I would have to say IMO I think Drow is better, the simple fact with a MoM or VO, or HoD you can make money realy fast. Making money fast like that can reward you with better items faster. Clinkz early on can be stronger IMO, but I think with patience and playing it safe with drow, she can own alot later in the game with better items earlier than Clinkz.

Drow could get this:
MoM/BoT/Butterfly/Buriza/Lothar I know that is 5, but with that you can get some good atk speed and high damage, and have still have the ability to get away.

Drow will own the Fletcher in a toe to toe damage brawl, but a smart Fletcher will never let it come to that. The Drow lacks the really effective surprise attack skills that the Fletcher has.

As long as Clinkz plays smart and never lets the Drow start the exchange with her frost arrows, wind walk and strafe will win over silence and frost.

well it's not just Vladimir I was refering to any lifesteal item that you can pick up, I prefer Mask of Madness out of all of them, because of the frenzy as well. Slaying creeps with MoM can make you gold fast. Lets say your health is low, tele to another lane, slay creeps, and waaa laaa, you make gold and hp fast. A ton of people underestimate slaying creeps, and think nothing of it.

One trick that you can do if you're Clinkz and you're up against Drow is to buy yourself a Mask of Madness. When Drow starts to autocast Frost Arrows, activate MoM to avoid the Frost and kill her with your own autocasts. Takes timing practice though.

But, Drow still beats Clinkz any day.

well searing arrows vs frost arrows.. i think frost is much powerful bec it can reduce your opponents movespeed when escaping...
windwalk is useless bec traxex has a silence..
when boneclinks has a red life use silence so that he cannot escape..
you can also buy lothars to traxex when you need to escape..

it also depends in your items and the player.. if the playes is a pro and he knows what to do/if he knows how to counter traxex like buying MoM like garfield said... you can win..

but does MoM's frenzy counter frost arrows?
and if so doesen't the 20% increase damage give traxex an advantage?
and is it stupid that i buy clinks soul booster or blood stone?
and what would your item build be 4 clinks?

well... i think when you activate MoM while traxex is attacking you.. you will not be affected by the frost...

clinks with soulbooster or bloodstone?? i think it is nice item..

Drow = Lothar's, Manual FA, Silence, Autocast FA, Attack, Attack, Attack, Attack

Strafe can nullify FA but not when Silenced. Fletcher could win if he used quick hit-and-run tactics before Traxex can sneak up on him.

Basically, Bone is a backstabbing assassin who requires smart playing whereas Drow is a character who kind of relies on items. I mean, since you have your WW (for Bone), use it to your advantage! Just WW behind her and start spamming those Searing Arrows! She'll never realize what hit her. Wink

Then again, it all comes down to the items that both of you have. If in any case Drow can counter your WW, then its all over for Bone.

My Bone core items: Treads, Deso, Mkb.

Drow has the advantage against Clinkz in the first place. Frost arrows > Searing.

IMO, depends on the user. But, if the users are both pro, i would go for Drow, Trueshot Aura, Silence so that clinkz can't wind walk + frost arrow.
