2 heroes for 1 player?!

the heck! In 6.42 one of our opponents selected 2 heroes at the same time! Meaning he controls both heroes, and making them 6 against us(5)! Though we win, its still annoying. Is it a bug or what? Btw, the version came from getdota.com. Tnx!

The trick is, by pressing the keyboard hotkeys of your chosen heroes (2) at the same time on the same tavern. Try it for yourself, im posting this bug coz it annoys me a lot!

about 5 min ago i was playing an online game of dota and 1 opponent pick 4 heros at the same time, and he controls it all. we have to quit all the game and rmk. I dont know if is a 6.42 bug or what but i have the screens.
also the version come from getdota.com

Damn, you can actually have up to 6 heroes with this stupid bug! And you lose 250 gold for each additional hero that you pick. Haven't tried if you can select more than 6, as I'm not that dexterious.

Just tell them not to do it, hopefully it will be fixed in the next version. Or just play -ar games.

(BTW, do we have a place here in DS where we can report bugs about the game itself? And so maybe it can reach IceFrog. This forum is curently for the DS Boards itself.)

you are right guys! That bug is so stupid! I Tried to have 4 heroes at custom game. We never commence the game when someone uses the trick. Aaahh! I Really hate that bug! Hope not to see that in the next version.

@dim i don't think it'll work on random modes?! Is there any replay or screenshot you have? Haven't experience it yet. But i think its impossible, 'coz the pick was programed to choose only 1 hero?! How come your friend randomed 2 heroes?!

well hes right its not a bug or hacked version my friend does it. its kind of like by doing 2 hotkeys at once it registers it in the same split second so it causes a small glitch in the code which allows you to have 2 heros. Solution: simple, take away hero hotkeys
