Well, i guess its when you are fast to control ya mouse. Like with panda, when he uses ulti. Need good "micro" to cast all of their spells.
I think so, but, im not sure.
Can someone tell me about its right? ^^

it means "Mirco Management," and it origionated in red alert when you were controlling several types of units, and people have used it as slang ever since. Usually, micro indicates using several hotkeys to accomplish whatever you're doing faster. Ex. Having 2 Meepo's use poof, while quickly netting an enemy with another, and using mekansm with the fourth, all in a period of 1-3 seconds
