Tira, The Elven Scout
A scout of Elvish descent, Tira was a naturally good huntress. She is able to use owls in searching for her prey, and use arrows with great ease to attack hordes of enemies approaching her. Her experience with the bow brings fear to many enemies as she can bring a devastating blow from even far away if enemies don’t notice her. Though what makes her feared the most is her ability to see where her enemies are placed, making them vulnerable to her shots. Truly, with her skill, the Scourge cannot escape.
Stats:
HP: 511 | Mana: 234 | Damage: 35 - 45 | Primary: AGI
STR: 19 + 1.85 | AGI: 23 + 2.3 | INT: 18 + 2.1
Armor: 2 | HP Regen: 0.82 | MP Regen: 0.73
Movespeed: 295 | Attack Speed: 1.5 | Range: 550
Skills:
Owl Scout (W)
Places an owl scout on a tree, revealing all that is in the area within 600 distance. Can be dispelled if tree is destroyed. Has True Sight.
Mana Cost: 80 | Cooldown: 180/120/60
Cast time: 1 second | Area of Effect: Single Tree | Casting Range: 200
Level 1 – can summon 1 owl sentinels
Level 2 – can summon 2 owl sentinels
Level 3 – can summon 3 owl sentinels
Level 4 – can summon 4 owl sentinels
Framework: There is an owl hovering above a tree that is targetted. The aren’t very visible, so you have to look real hard…
Notes: Still affected by the Fog of War’s limitations and can only see to where it’s placed.
Fatal Arrow (R)
Shoots an arrow in a direction, dealing damage on the first target it touches with bonus damage from the distance it has travelled.
Mana Cost: 100 | Cooldown: 20
Cast time: 0.2 seconds | Area of Effect: n/a | Range: 2000
Level 1 – deals 4% of distance travelled in bonus damage
Level 2 – deals 9% of distance travelled in bonus damage
Level 3 – deals 14% of distance travelled in bonus damage
Level 4 – deals 19% of distance travelled in bonus damage
Framework: An arrow approaches a targeted area like Elune’s arrow and sorta like a combo with Impetus...
Notes: Fatal Arrow travels at 522 movespeed and has a collision range of 50.
Bow Mastery (Y)
[Passive] Her mastery of a bow makes her arrows damage enemies around her target also giving her a 10% chance to stun a target enemy for 0.5 seconds.
Mana Cost: n/a | Cooldown: n/a
Cast time: n/a | Area of Effect: Self | Casting Range: n/a
Level 1 – Splash 20% of damage
Level 2 – Splash 30% of damage
Level 3 – Splash 40% of damage
Level 4 – Splash 50% of damage
Omniscience (C)
Gain sight of all enemy heroes for a short amount of time.
Mana Cost: 200 | Cooldown: 180/150/120
Cast time: 1 seconds | Area of Effect: All Enemies | Casting Range: Global
Level 1 – Lasts 4 seconds
Level 2 – Lasts 5 seconds
Level 3 – Lasts 6 seconds
Framework: Tira gains an owl above her and all enemies will be seen on the map for the duration. Enemies will become aware of this as the Reveal animation appears above them.
Notes: Invisible heroes are still invisible, but the location of it will be revealed and it will still follow him... which is rather awkward...

1) Scout hero
2) DPS hero due to her stun chance
3) Can be a killer with Fatal arrow
Weakness
1) Being Fragile, with no escape mechanism
2) Dependent on Ward placements
Strengths
1) A sniper character
2) a good enough farmer
3) can escape and stop ganks from happening
Recommended items:
Eye of Skadi, Buriza-do Kyanon, Lothar's Edge

P.S. The name Tira in Filipino means "shoot". So i think it suits her well. ^^
Change Log:
Rewrote the effect of Fatal Arrow to seem more like Impetus.
Reduced Fatal Arrow mana to just 100. Cooldown to just 20.

Fatal arrow is too weak nanodesu-yo.
Does the last skill have true sight nanodesu-yo?

Fatal arrow is too weak? O_O So desu yo... I'll have to change the effect... It can hit invisible enemies though. Suggestions?
Ano ne... Omniscience has sorta kinda like-a True Sight. It reveals the locations of enemies and follows them for a duration. You can't see them, but the camera will follow them...

See Elune's Arrow nanodesu-yo. At level 4, it deals 360 damage whatever range nanodesu-yo. It even has a stun for only 100 mana and 20 sec cooldown nanodesu-yo. It also hits invisible units nanodesu-yo.

There, I changed the Fatal Arrow effect. It's like Impetus at a longer range. At most it can do +360 bonus damage... Criticals work here actually...

It is very much like Elune's Arrow. You target the ground and it will go towards the first unit it hits. Instead of a stun, it damages...

Bonus damage nanodesu-yo..
SO does that mean you also deal normal damage nanodesu-yo?
So total damage = Normal damage + bonus damage nanodesu-yo?
