The Lich king knowing of the sentinel's sence of justice and his undead army falling apart, he calls for the aid of the nerubians. Nerub is the home of backstabbing spider assassins and what is more of a backstabber than an attorney?

Legal claim(aura)
any creep deny made by enemy heroes will result in loss of gold
lvl.1-500 aoe
lvl.2-600 aoe
lvl.3-700 aoe
lvl.4-800 aoe
-they wont dare deny their creeps now. Gold loss is equal to gold gained per creep kill btw.

piracy lawsuit(T) (active)
Recipe and paper works from shops may not be legalized
lvl.1-Item cost decreases 5%,recipe decreases 10%
lvl.2-Item cost decreases 10%,recipe decreases 20%
lvl.3-Item cost decreases 15%,recipe decreases 30%
lvl.4-Item cost decreases 20%,recipe decreases 40%
mana:125/150/175/200
cooldown:125/100/75/50
-also applies when allies buy items but only if the attorney is around

Restraining order(R)(active)
All enemies who gets near the attorney will have their attacks reduced and equipments lose effect
lvl.1-200 aoe -10%attack damage
lvl.2-300 aoe -20%attack damage
lvl.3-400 aoe -30%attack damage
lvl.4-500 aoe -40%attack damage
mana:125/150/175/200
cooldown:60seconds
duration:22seconds
-all items lose effect as this is activated. With the exception of linken's sphere but sphere does not protect you from restraining order

Ultimate
Sue(active)(E)
This gets much more effective the more the target has hero kills
lvl.1-each hero kill adds 3.3 sec to revival time -10 ms
lvl.2-each hero kill adds 6.6 sec to revival time -20 ms
lvl.3-each hero kill adds 10 sec to revival time -30 ms
mana:50/100/150
cooldown:30/20/10
duration:60sec
-more kills the more they have to wait when they die

all ways have a lawyer around...
NOT a hero killer but hero killers will hate this guy

So i wasn't serious BUT this is my dream hero, just not my favorite. Inspired by my dad, and ill work on sentinel's financial agent.

He's useful just by being around. Sucks at 1on1's

AND on his ulti the ms reduction is not percent but is deducted directly

Haha desu~. If you put this guy together with my Dalam'hati hero idea, the enemy won't dare try to go with very high hero kills desu. They'd be too afraid to kill now desu. I'm not sure about the 3rd skill, but i like the rest desu.

No-no desu. "desu" is a japanese sentence-ender desu. Just like yukino silvermaines recent "nanodesu yo" syndrome desu. ^^
