look for games that say, "new clan recruits needed". although DOTA clans are much harder to find

Group with your friends 5 or 6, then simply make a clan...

You get in a clan by joining it, but first you must be a good if not a pro gamer.

One must have to defeat all the members fo the clan in order to join? or something like that?
