The Scepter Of Wind



A Mystical scepter that has the power to control the wind from its sorrounding

+ 250% mana regeneration rate
+ 5 hp regeneration rate
+ 20 to intelligence

+ Mega Cyclone (active Skill , Costs 125 Mana)

effect:

- lifts up all nearby enemy heroes (550 AoE)
into the air for 2.85 seconds

cooldown:

- 45 seconds

requirements:

- euls scepter of divinity
- perseverance
- 1200 Gold

its an AoE disable and it just sets up large AoE ultis such as ryali and rooftrellen...but decent idea..

250% is NUTS but you have items to nearly make that up so not AS bad.

13 second cooldown on a 4 second 700 AOE disable, jesus no.

Imbalance, cause all units in a ;arge area of 700 will be disabled for 4 seconds, limit units, not all should be caught in the cyclone

But 250% is still little to much..
