Sapper - The Light Elemental

Damage: 42 – 49 | HP: 411 | Mana: 348
HP Regen: 0.73 | Mana Regen: 0.97
Attack Speed: 1.47 | Armor: 2

Storm was falling from the sky. Wrath of the god has been released, Sapper, has reached your eye..
Sapper who was once a Paladin and son to the god of the Skies has fallen and killed by the Scourge. The god of the Sky tears touched his corpse and his power was restored, as a Elemental with deadly lightning skills. He swore to help the Sentinels to destroy the scourge, once and for all.

Curse of Storm
Curse on selected target. A cloud will appear above your enemy and will damage the target every 2 second. Last 20 seconds.

Level 1. 10 damage per second.
Level 2. 20 damage per second.
Level 3. 30 damage per second.
Level 4. 40 damage per second.

Manacost - 90/100/110/120
Cooldown - 20 seconds.

Storm
Summons a storm of lightnings that will damage an area of 400 AoE.

Level 1. Deals 80 damage each lightning.
Level 2. Deals 160 damage each lightning.
Level 3. Deals 240 damage each lightning.
Level 4. Deals 320 damage each lightning.

Manacost - 150/180/210/240
Cooldown - 20 seconds

Effect - You aim like Lina's Light Strike away, and the effect is like a massive Lightning Bolt.

Thunder Heart
Sapper was once a Paladin. His heart has godlike power and when god's tear restored him, it also gave him lightning power which he stored in his heart and will now increase his speed and regnation.

Level 1. Increase his hp regen by 0.5 and movement speed by 3%
Level 2. Increase his hp regen by 1 and movement speed by 5%
Level 3. Increase his hp regen by 1.5 and movement speed by 13%
Level 4. Increase his hp regen by 2 and movement speed by 8%

Manacost - Passive
Cooldown - Passive

Comment: Yeah.. Excactly like Razor's Unholy.

Voice Of Wrath [W]
Sapper become enraged and will call out a voice that will summon a light which will hit on his self and make him gain power of. He will also summon power bolts that will surround him and damage nearby units for 1-200 damage every 2 seconds. Last 20 seconds.

Level 1. Increase movement and attack speed by 20% and damage by 10%.
Level 2. Increase movement and attack speed by 30% and damage by 15%
Level 3. Increase movement and attack speed by 40% and damage by 20%

Manacost - 200/300/400
Cooldown - 120/140/160 seconds
Cast Time - 2 seconds

Effect: The 3 power bolts will appear like Thunder Shield. And when Sapper "call out" that lightning it will be like someone cast a Lightning Bolt on him.

Sapper is like a Water Elemental but yellow and everytime he moves there will appear a little line behind him. Like Spectre's dagger but on the air.
Sapper is moving on the air like Bane Elemental and not Water Elemental.
Sapper's form should be like Visage. He should look like he is swimming and not staying, and his 2 Fists/Punshes/Hands should be just beside him.

Voice of Wrath..

how about damage nerby enemy's by 50-150 every 2 sec for 20 sec??

Why does he lose movement speed in Thunder Heart when he levels it up? :S
