Well, some items can't be arranged. They are stuck in that slot.

Do these:
Turn on you NUMLOCK
1st slot in inventory - NUMPAD 7
2nd slot in inventory - NUMPAD 8
3rd slot in inventory - NUMPAD 4
4th slot in inventory - NUMPAD 5
5th slot in inventory - NUMPAD 1
6th slot in inventory - NUMPAD 2
