Range (in visual terms of the map)

I see all these number for range for abilities and heroes, but I don't really have any idea what they really mean.

Like 2500 range vs 250 is a helluva lot, but how much?

For example... If I were standing at the fountain in one base, where would 2500 range be?

I tried searching for it, but no dice.

Best bet would be experimenting on it yourself. Sooner or later, you'd actually just feel, "Hey this is X range!"

easy use nevermore s shadow raze 2 get a sens of what 700 range is like and 450 and 200 so u know waht 2500 is 3.3 times 700 range (almost)

Just remember that Towers have 700 range. You can then easily estimate the ranges of stuff with that.

Check the range of ranged hereos and you'll probably be able to guesstimate other ranges.
