2 Hoods of Defiance + Magic Shield

1. Will 2 HoD will stack? [i think so.. Just what like aegis does before]
2. Magina's Magic Shield stacks with HoD when you acquired HoD 1st...
-what if you have this in this sequence, HoD + Magic Shield + HoD, will it stack? Or should i get it, HoD + HoD + Magic Shield?!
-what if i drop HoD, then pick it again, will the stack still work?
3. 2 HoD's are 60% spell resistance right, then Magic Shield's 40% right?! Total of 100%... So, how does it really work on spells? What does 100% spell resistance means?

i think they stack the same way they did with aegis. if you get it before the skill its stacks, but i think it stacks diminishingly
