When refreshed does Dazzle's Weave stack?

Say I'm facing an enemy and I've got the refresher on me. I cast level 4 Weave on him, refresh, and cast again. Will that hero have 32 less armor?

Nope. Since Weave is a buff, a buff of the same name will override it.
