The Gem Of True Sight - More Uses & Recipies

i'd rather get a ward rether a gem

since the gem drops when you're killed i'd rather stick on wards

Nice idea, needs more skill to use though. I dont have a prob with the gem or the fact that it drops my main problem is the fact that it can't be used in recepies. But I guess if they make it perfect the 1st ime through then there wont be anything left to upgrade and post on the forum about:-P btw does anyone know how much the shields are?

IMHO Gems should never be used in recipes., or if it was to be used on recipes., then those items should still be DoD... because if Gem was not a DoD item then some heroes/skills would be utterly useless... like Riki, Techies bombs,windwalkers... the element of surprise would be lost and these heroes would be forgotten since their skills would be of no use....

then if all the items you suggested are DoD wats d point of getting them
becuz i wud normally would not want to pay extra gold to upgrade an item dat if i upgrade it its gunna be DoD... *sigh*

LOL im trying to satisfy everyone bru:-) Im finding pretty hard to do so:-P The arguments about the items rendering inv heroes useless holds weight but so does the fact that they are near impossible to kill in the hands of a skilled player even when you have the gem. It is more a matter of getting some oppinions:-)..... *sigh*

thats the reason why Gem should remain the way it is., not included in recipes and is DoD... i agree with Kaizer that wards are better since there is no danger of it being lost and they do last considerably long., also the positioning of these wards is the key for max effectiveness... yes., i also agree that it is very hard to kill invisible heroes., but when you look at it., invi heroes (Riki,Cklinkz,Gondar etc.) suffer from having very low hp... use early game to harras them big time so as to prevent them from gaining the needed items to become stronger. also, in early game., nukers should be against these invis heroes., spam spells., gap them., do what ever is needed... ^_^
