both are good for intel heroes., if you have the money get both.!

Guinsoo's and Bloodstone's functions are different., >_<

Guinsoo., as previously said is for disableing heroes., which is not the same to the function of Bloodstone since its somewhat of an., for the lack of a better term., insurance plan... ^_^

both items are good in there own right and unique., thus should not be compared...

Bloodstone helps your allies. Scythe can also do that. It can Hex the enemies, thus, saving a dying team mate.

Why choose when you can get both, them you can get disabling heroes and be helpful to allies as well
