Oh yes it does....... Gives 200 or more damage..... and lessens cooldown....

Here in the philippines there are many diff versions of DotA so it's hard to say which version it is.....

I think both will stack; which means at lvl25, you will be revived in only 16 secs instead of the long annoying 99 secs. Isn't it amazing!
