A blood elven warrior, a great swordsman with his blade, and has the abilities of a mage. Along with his ability to create a shield that stops spell damage. Or create a wave or bolt of pure arcane enegry that magically deals damage on the cost of his mana. He wants revenge so badly on the Scourge on what they have done to their beloved homeland, Quel'thelas. The Sentinel gave him a chance to have revenge on their homeland by crushing the Frozen Throne itself.
Stats:
Primary Attribute: Strength
Damage:51 - 60
Strength: 23 + 2.2
Agility: 15 + 1.5
Intelligence: 18 + 1.5
Attack Speed: 1.34
Movement Speed: 300
Skills:
Devastating Wave
Summons a devastating wave taht deals damage in 600 range and slows the movement speed enemies
Level 1: 100 damage, 10% slow
Level 2: 150 damage, 15% slow
Level 3: 200 damage, 20% slow
Level 4: 250 damage, 25% slow
Mana Cost:155
Cooldown:15 seconds
Framework: Looks like a crushing wave but a white color
Anti-magic Shield
Creates a shield of pure arcane energy, stops spell damage from affecting a target unit.
Level 1: Absorbs absorbs 3%. Lasts 20 seconds
Level 2: Absorbs 5% spell damage. Lasts 20 seconds
Level 3: Absorbs 7% spell damage. Lasts 20 seconds
Level 4: Absorbs 10% spell damage. Lasts 20 seconds
Mana Cost:150
Cooldown:35 seconds
Framework: Like an aphotic shield mixed with repel but you can still cast spells on it but the unit recieves no damage
Arcane Armor
Gives the blood elf arcane armor, giving him bonus armor and gives mana to him with each enemy attack. The mana given to him can push the Champion's mana over its maximum value, though excess mana drains off rapidly if not used.
Level 1: 10 mana per enemy attack
Level 2: 20 mana per enemy attack
Level 3: 30 mana per enemy attack
Level 4: 40 mana per enemy attack
Mana Cost:Passive
Cooldown:Passive
Framework: Every attack gives the Champion mana, it can exceed over the maximum value but rapidly drains off if not used for anything
Ultimate Skill:
Arcane Bolt
Summons a bolt full of pure arcane energy, dealing damage equal to the amount of the mana cost
Level 1: Mana cost is randomly 200 - 500
Level 2: Mana cost is randomly 200 - 600
Level 3: Mana cost is randomly 250 - 750
Mana Cost: Random
Cooldown:150 seconds
Framework: Like a frostbolt but the image of a star in the starfall
Note:This is equal to the damage of the mana cost, the mana cost will be random dealing damage equal to the mana cost. When you have less mana that the mana cost you can's use it

With the Arcane Armor:
Does it work with neutral creeps? The distance lane creeps have mana, would it drain theirs? What about other 'creep camps' that spawn around the map?
What if you don't have enough mana for the ultimate spell?
Situation:
You have 200 mana. You cast the ultimate spell. Will it deal 200 damage or perhaps say "You do not have enough mana." due to the random mana cost auto-generating a number higher than you current mana? (Current mana 200: Random Cost: 350)

Yes, random damge..if you have 200 mana that is the maximum damage that the enemy will take.

buff ulti and nerf 2nd skill. maybe erase the armor given by 3rd skill? the extra mana per attack is good enough, imba with the armor.
laguna blade costs less mana and higher damage. your ulti costs more mana and less damage, change that somehow.
