Many people say they are noobs, many others call people noobs. But what is it that makes you, a NOOB? i mean losing a lot may be a lack of practice, but does it really give people the right to call you a noob? please discuss with me.

There's something called justified kill steal. It's justified if you need the kill than your ally.
I kill steal alot so that means I'm a noob but I don't mind.

noob = newb = newbie = A person there just have startet playing dota. Like me i have played in a month or something like that. I am a newbie. Don't call people who is playing bad for newbs. Some newbs play very good.

Newbie IMO does NOT = noob. you can be playing DoTa for 5 years and you can sitll be a noob.

The diffrence between the acts of a newbie and the acts of a noob is that the newbie doesnt know any better, he just needs to lear more about DoTa. but the noob knows what he is doing is stupid.....

I think you can call somebody a noob if he:
Kill Steals intentionally
Curses, Starts a flame war
Quits because he got "first blood"

-leave the game just because u can't handle the hero o'er there.
-leave after u r the 1st one to be killed (u're the 1st blood).
-keep flaming other ppl bcos u keep getting killed.

The list is not exhaustive. If there r ppl who keep calling u a noob when u have NOT done anything like the above, use 3 words: JUST IGNORE THEM. U have no strings attached to them, so why care? They r just making their dota life hell. U don't have to join them in their hell. Be on earth, aim for dota heaven, fight to join the ranks of the dota gods!!

Actually, no. Plus if they go beyond just calling u a noob to even cursing/swearing at you, that's already breaking server rules. U know what? Perhaps only God can call u a noob (or a dota teacher, if u have one training u). So again, take it in yr stride, ignore them, practise more, and hopefully u can become better. Everyone has to start from the bottom. So it's inevitable u have yr noobish moments before you are better. Who hasn't? Noobish moments give u the chance to actually improve yr gameplay. Learn from failure so that u can succeed.
