I will burn and crush those who are in the surface and will make them feel my fiery hatred and wrath like death itself whispering into their dead body. I will call upon merciless demons who will exterminate those who oppose HELL itself. I'll be the death of all who's light is stilll glittering in their heart. Hear me mortals, for my name strikes fear to those who already knows me and to those who not. I am the Devil, who's breath will be your lives dead end..."

Raging Hell's Fire

-The hands of the Devil produces the very fires of hell, which he uses to burn his enemies poor soul and makes them feel the hell's fire. Deals damage and burns mana every second.

Level 1 - Burns 5 mana and inflict 5 damage. Last 15 seconds.
Level 2 - Burns 10 mana and inflict 10 damage. Last 15 seconds.
Level 3 - Burns 15 mana and inflict 15 damage. Last 15 seconds.
Level 4 - Burns 20 mana and inflict 20 damage. Last 15 seconds.

Mana Cost: 85/115/135/150
Cooldown: 25 seconds.

Soul Feast

-Mephisto feasts on the soul essence of every living things it encounters, and uses it to replenish its own life. Lasts 3 seconds. Channeling.

Level 1 - Drains 15 hit points per .5 seconds.
Level 2 - Drains 30 hit points per .5 seconds.
Level 3 - Drains 45 hit pounts per .5 seconds.
Level 4 - Drains 60 hit points per .5 seconds.

Mana Costs: 100/110/120/130
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Blazing Gaze

-Those who dare stare into his eyes will feel Death rushing towards them, immobilizing them, and making their soft flesh feel more pain.

Level 1 - Stuns for .75 seconds and decreases armor by 2.
Level 2 - Stuns for 1.25 seconds and decreases armor by 3.
Level 3 - Stuns for 1.75 seconds and decreases armor by 4.
Level 4 - Stuns for 2.25 seconds and decreases armor by 5.

Mana Costs: 50/75/100/125
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Demonic Ritual

-The Devil calls upon the revenants of hell to aid him on inflicting pain to those who oppose him. The summoned units last 60 seconds.

Level 1 - Summons 2 weak Felguards and 1 weak Fel Beast.
Level 2 - Summons 2 vile Bloodfiends and 1 blood-thirsty Fel Stalker.
Level 3 - Summons 3 devastating Overlords, 1 crushing Fel Ravager and 1 merciless Doom Guard.

Mana Costs: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 120 seconds.

what are his stats man? nice story, but I think he's alittle to strong though, scary strong. 30dmg ever .5 secs over six secs=360 and hells fire is even stronger. does it do damage and mana over time or intial damage and mana burn only over time? If both are dots that is so broken. Truely powerful. nice man

Didn't include the stats. It wouldn't go to Hero Ideas anyway.

@MJS, yup, he fights for himself, not for the lich king.
@darth baker, if you want to deal massive damage, stick to level 1, of you want to burn the mana pool, go with the level four. That's the good of the first skill, it can be either strength-type hero killer or int-type hero killer. Level 1 is for strength types, level 4 is for int types. Got it now? Hmmm, and maybe you're right. My soul feast is to powerful, maybe I'll change it to 15 or 20.

well.. bec it inflicts 72 damage per second.. last 30 sec..

c'mon you can kill a hero at lvl 1 with that skill..

i find the hero overall status imbalance

soul feast is like life drain that deals 120 per sec (sine it deals 60 per .5 sec) unlike life drain of SoulKeeper that deal 80 per sec

i suggest some nerfing a bit...

Well, some heroe's on DOTA are "too powerful" aren't they??



Why does Lion's finger of death deal 1005 damage at level 3? Why does Lina's Dragon Slave so powerful? And why does Tiny's last skill gives him monsterific damage?? I don't care what you say!!!


And besides, it's only a "Dream Hero"
