Story: Dragoon a very deadly massive unit of the Scourge this hero relies its beliefs under the force of bloody force of the darkness. Dragoon can learn Eredar's Force, Shinonketsu, Ryukensan, Bloody Zero.

Damage: 52-57
Range: MELEE
Strength: 23 + 2.3
Agility: 16 + 1.4
Intelligence: 12 + 1.2
Attack Speed: 1.9
Movement Speed: 300
Armor: 2.6

Skills:

Eredar's Force: Dragoon can release a force of its own to strike a single target dealing intense pain this ability deals 40 + x1.5/x2/x2.5/x3 STR of Dragoon. Max Damage of 500.This ability is not a spell attack it is based on Physical attack.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 Deals 40+ x1.5 STR of Dragoon
Level.2 Deals 40+ x2 STR of Dragoon
Level.3 Deals 40+ x2.5 STR of Dragoon
Level.4 Deals 40+ x3 STR of Dragoon
Mana Cost: 80/120/160/200
Cooldown: 20seconds for all levels
Range: Melee
FrameWork: Dragoon goes near the target and strikes it with a bloody projectile.

Shinonketsu: Dragoon's massive Strength allows him to debilate a force of pure darkness this ability stuns a single target for .75/1.25/1.75/2.25seconds and deals 5%/6%/7%/8% MAX HP of the target. Draining of HP last for 3seconds

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 Stuns for .75 seconds and drains 5% MAX HP of the target per/sec
Level.2 Stuns for 1.25 seconds and drains 6% MAX HP of the target per/sec
Level.3 Stuns for 1.75 seconds and drains 7% MAX HP of the target per/sec
Level.4 Stuns for 2.25 seconds and drains 8% MAX HP of the target per/sec
Mana Cost: 100/125/150/175
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Range: 600
FrameWork: Dragoon releases a phoenix and it will hit the target and explodes after the effect was taken off

Ryukensan: Dragoon gains 15%/18%/21%/24% chance to drain 1%/2%/3%/4% MAX HP in each attack and absorbs it for 15seconds but reduces attack speed by 40%.

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 15% chance to drain 1% MAX HP per attack
Level.2 18% chance to drain 2% MAX HP per attack
Level.3 21% chance to drain 3% MAX HP per attack
Level.4 24% chance to drain 4% MAX HP per attack
Mana Cost: 90/120/150/180
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14
Range: SELF[100]
FrameWork: Dragoon's sword turns into a Bloody Red Sword

Ultimate Skill
[Channeling Skill]
Bloody Zero: Dragoon's Punisher attack this ability surges 5 strikes dealing 80 damage each to its target and slows it by 5% for each hit. Slow duration last for 5seconds.[This ability can only be used if Dragoon is using Ryukensan]

Effects Per Level:
Level.1 Deals 80 Damage per strike /5hits
Level.2 Deals 85 Damage per strike /6hits
Level.3 Deals 90 Damage per strike /7hits
Mana Cost: 250/450/650
Cooldown: 200/150/100
Range: 800
FrameWork: Dragoon's Sword will be thrown to the target and slices it

Shinonketsu

+Eredar's Force

=Good for Aggresive Mode

Ryukensan

+Bloody Zero

=Good for 1st Blood for 1on1 ;D

Shinonketsu is Overpowered...


Stuns for 3 seconds and drains 8% MAX HP of the target per/sec ... last how many sec??

Cool Hero!!! Nice effect but shinonketsu is overpowered, just like noob28 said. Anyway great job!!
