Item Build For Lich?

Hey ppl, i was trying to pull off a good item build for Lich, but i dont feel like im getting there. Intellegence are not as tempting as the agility ones.. Any suggestions?

My current Item Build:
^ Headdress of Rejuvenation
^ Ring of Basilius
^ Boots Of Speed
^ Refresher Orb
After that i get stuck, i buy the wrong items and i lose.. lol

core items for lich are

blink dagger
BoT
Mekans

after this three items u can proceed to optionals like

desolator
skadi
etc..its up to you...

Here's the typical team Lich.
Blink dagger
Bracer
Bracer
Boots of Travel
then after that you mass wards or get a bloodstone, this has great synergy with lich since he gets alot of kills early game and tends to die alot late game.
