no, you mean ORB-EFFECTS? when for example you have DESOLATOR, an orb item, and a SATANIC, which is also orb, one of the two will not work.

In short, you only must have 1 orb-effect item.

You can say it takes a special effect on enemys.For example a cold down by Eye of Skadi.Its kinda strage that it is a orb effect on Sange, i mean its only a 5% chance to Maim a target

In DotA, Orb Items are the only things that are affected by item priority slots.
