whats with orb effects

i have a problem with orb effects cause i dont know why some skills doesnt work like broud mother when i get her a mask of death her poison attack goes away and ursa 3rd skill to what are orb effect skill and what are passive skills Hysterical

Mask of Death? doesn't stack with the 3rd skill, coz both are orb effects. try getting Vlad's Offering.

Ursa? Doesn't go well with bash, crits...

Orb effects are attacks based on the Warcraft 3 system of orbs.
In the orginal warcraft 3, there are items called orbs that has effects which will not stack with another.

All orb effects don't stack except the following.

Frost(ranged) + Maim
Frost(ranged) + Lifesteal
Frost(ranged) + Chain lighling (mojollier)

Bash and Criticals are not orbs but the reason why they don't go well with ursa's 3rd skill is because a bash or a crit will reset the bonus damage of Ursa's fury swipes back to 0.

I wonder why the Vlad's Offering didn't have orb effects? hmmm... kinda imba, and for the AoE lifesteal too.

its because vlads offering, instead of being an orb, is an aura, which do stack
