The Naga Siren : Song of Freedom [Chapter 6 here][Poll add]

Prologue

In the middle of the war of the four most dominant races in lordaeron , a peaceful tribe known as The Naga reside. The threat of a endless war is neither harmful nor will do any good to this race, but as the war continued The Naga could not neglect countless casualties in their tribe, the naga are forced to produce the most elite fighters that could be found in their tribe, gender doesn't matter in this endless fight, but one completely stood above the rest, the one known as The Naga Siren....

Chapter 1: The Naga Siren

"Live to Fight and fight to live these are what us elite guards are for." as The Siren said, a voice quickly replied and said " Wrong, this completely is far from what I expect to hear from the best guard in our race, you seclude yourself from others and fight for none other than yourself. Are you forgetting the purpose why the elite guard's group are made?, Your sole purpose is to protect the village from the war, not fight whenever you wish to nor kill someone from a race just passing by ", The Siren paused and sighed for a moment and said " Your highness, If what your saying is that I am wrong, that's were you are mistaken, I Live to fight and Fight to Live, and my purpose in fighting is to protect the village, but on the terms of killing passerby, it is none of your concerns, it is my own will.", The deep voice was silenced and surprised in what the Siren said, and a few moments after he replied and shouted " Slithice! , your meddling with passerby is gonna cause more misunderstanding and will give more threats to our race!", "Your Highness, the more the merrier, isn't it?" as Slithice replied in a disrespectful manner, " I don't see any humor in killing other living creatures, I am sorry but I have a meeting to attend to, I have to excuse my self ".

As Slithice left the palace she went to the nearby river to bathe, as she was in the middle of the bath she sensed a creature nearby, she quickly took her sword from the river side and pulled it below the visible top of the river, slowly she rised from the water and a young orc blade master appeared, as the blade master was about to strike his blade Slithice quickly drew her sword from the water and blocked the strike, “Who are you and what do you want?” Slithice asked struggling from the heavy blade the orc is holding down, the orc disappeared suddenly and the heavy burden from blocking. “An Orc, how can a orc enter the village without anyone noticing, and moreover, he attacked me…” Slithice quickly went to the elite guard’s station and alarmed about a disappearing Orc, “Close all the gates, ready your weapons, an orc is present, don’t let your guard down!” Slithice commanded the other guards, after a few hours Slithice heard a footstep cracking a branch, Slithice approached and before she knew it she was knocked out by the orc.

“Chieftain, I have succeeded in taking the Naga who has been slaying our peons,” the blade master dropped Slithice on the ground and as she was opening her eyes she heard a deep voice coming from an orc in a throne hidden in shadows, “Kudo, you have done good, you may now leave”, as the door closed Slithice gained complete consciousness, she shouted and asked “Where am I, Who Are you, Why did you take me here!?”, the Chieftain calmly replied “You are in the orc village, I am the head chieftain here, and we took you here because of the countless peons you have slain”, Slithice squirmed in attempt to break free of the ropes, Slithice lost her temper and replied “Free me from these ropes!”, the Chieftain replied “ I’m afraid that is not possible my naga siren, we took you to take revenge, we took you to be sentenced to death”, Slithice laughed and replied “ do you think my tribe will leave me here?, they will soon find out, this will cause a great war with the orcs, our race is not to be taken sma...”, the Chieftain replied before Slithice could finish “You surely trust your village, but I believe you don’t really know what was your main purpose, if you think its just to take revenge then you are mistaken, your king sold you to me, and all the villagers agreed about your king's decision, you see you have been causing to much casualties that you’ve been attracting the other races to attack your village, you see my dear Naga, you have no reason to be in your village, you have been exiled!” after the Chieftain finished, Slithice quieted down and accepted what’s in for her In the near future, in the Orc Village.

Chapter 2: The Orc Village

Slithice was imprisoned inside the Orc Village, as she finished her conversation with the Chieftain she was taken by Orc Raiders and was escorted to a prison burrow for the last hour of her life. The Naga Siren was Anxious, thinking about if that Is the only reason, then Slithice felt a strong presence coming from a vast space across the burrow, then suddenly Kudo appeared, the naga siren was surprised yet remained anxious, then Kudo threw her sword inside the cell, and said “Do you want to know the truth behind all this?” Slithice replied “Truth?”, “Come with me and you shall know, we will escape this village, Slithice was surprised with Kudo’s offer and knew she had no other choice else she will die, Kudo quickly slashed the cell’s wooden bar and took Slithice by hand, Slithice felt irritated, and said “Where are we going?”, Kudo then channeled wind through his body and passed part of it to Slithice and as soon as they became invisible he replied “To someplace far from the village”, Slithice kept quiet. Kudo then rushed with Slithice to the gate.

As Kudo and Slithice arrived they soon discovered that the gates were closed, then suddenly Raiders and Grunts surrounded them, Then the Chieftain appeared holding a Gem of True Sight, and said “Just as I suspected, I knew you would do this, a peon saw you entering the burrow, the only question is.. why?” as soon as Kudo discovered they were visible he released the wind and replied “Its none of your business, if you want to catch us, beat me first,” Slithice was shocked with Kudo’s answer, as soon as the raiders drew their swords Slithice quickly drew hers , Kudo drew his and at the moment Kudo was about to attack Raiders threw nets to Slithice, Kudo cut off the nets and Slithice was angered, She waved her sword above her head and charged quickly, Raiders threw nets but Slithice blocked of and threw back, she slashed and attacked as much as she can to survive, her thoughts flashed back and remembered a phrase she said “ Live to Fight, Fight To Live” as soon as she remembered she stopped, Kudo noticed and immediately striked the ground to get Slithice back to her senses, Slithice was surprised and suddenly thought of a way to escape, she looked around for the chieftain and as soon as a net was thrown to her she dragged it around using her sword and threw it to the chieftain, the chieftain was surprised and Slithice ran to her and smashed the gem, she ran back to Kudo and held his hand and told him “Quick! Make us invisible “, Kudo channeled wind in his hand and they escaped, they went to a nearby empty burrow and hid there for a moment.

Slithice asked Kudo in the burrow “Why are you doing this?”, Kudo replied “I told you I want you to know the truth”. Slithice ignored the reply and asked “What are you planning to do now?”, Kudo whispered “I can’t back down now the whole village is hunting us, our only chance to live is to escape”, Slithice asked Kudo “Then what’s your plan so we can escape?”, Kudo whispered to Slithice what he’s planning, Slithice mumbled “Our great escape…..”

Chapter 3:Escape

Few hours after entering the burrow Slithice and Kudo delivered their plan, Kudo closed his eyes and concentrated on multiplying himself, he succeeded and a copy appeared, the copy went out of the burrow and ran to distract the guards, Kudo and Slithice disappeared using the wind and went to the gates, as they saw the gates are opened they went outside and Kudo made themselves visible, as they appeared the gates of the village closed and Shamans and Witch Doctors appeared, they were surprised and Kudo tried to become invisible with Slithice, but the witch doctor said that “No use, we already put wards mon” Kudo said, “Why are you doing this to us!?” , the witch doctor replied “Gold is everything in this world mon!”. Slithice and Kudo couldn’t do anything, the Shamans casted a spell and they became drowsy, after they were put to sleep they were nabbed by raiders and got caught.

Slithice opened her eyes and saw that she’s tied to a standing log and logs all around, she looked around and saw the whole village holding torches, a few moments after she saw Kudo beside her strapped as well, Kudo noticed she’s awake and said “Awake already eh? You sure do sleep heavy”, Slithice replied “Now is not the time for that, what do you plan on doing, were going to get incinerated!”, “its time to show you my secret technique, I’ve been practicing this in 6 years, I think this is the right time.” Kudo said, Slithice asked loudly “Then what are you waiting for!? use it now!”, Kudo replied “Its to early, if we escape now we could just get caught, lets just wait for now”, Slithice didn’t reply and ignored Kudo for the moment. A few hours after a Witch Doctor came and said “Now is the time, what do you want to do with them!?” the villagers replied “BURN BURN BURN!!”, Then a villager threw a torch, followed by the other villagers, as the fire came up smoke covered them, then Kudo said “Now watch and we will escape”, Slithice waited and Kudo suddenly squirmed and his hands broke free of the ropes, as he broke free he was going to land on fire, but then he spinned and the fire got stronger, but smoke filled the whole village, Kudo pulled Slithice and they ran to the armory, “get all the weapons you can!” Slithice picked up a snake like sword and felt strong presence coming from it, Kudo took her hand and channeled wind as they disappeared they again ran to the gates, and as they stepped out of the village Kudo used his sword and sent a shockwave to the ground, and made a clone of his self and Slithice, Slithice and Kudo closed the gates and ran far away from the village.

Slithice and Kudo arrived at a Mercenary Bar, Slithice asked Kudo “Now, what truth are you gonna tell me?” Kudo replied “The truth, is actually…Betrayal…” Slithice was silenced and grumbled “B-B-Betrayal?!”

Chapter 4:Betrayal

“I’m sorry if this will shock you but be strong” Kudo warned Slithice, Kudo started to tell the story, “Betrayal, it started fifteen years ago, when the Naga was controlled by the Land Lords and the Chieftain of the village, they used the Naga to protect their riches, used their knowledge to train countless orcs for War, used the Naga’s natural resources for weapons and armor. The Naga were slaves of the Orcs for a whole decade, but one naga got tired of being used, leaded by the naga named Feralas, they rebelled against the orcs fought them for survival and freedom, they succeeded but Feralas died with a stab from the back, the war never ended, the village got badly damaged, until now Orcs threaten your village of destruction if no sacrifice was given every 10 years, but a normal sacrifice won’t suit the Chieftain, the sacrifice should be a Naga, an Naga who contains the blood lines of Feralas, and the sacrifice who was needed in this decade was you…” Kudo stopped at that moment and waited for Slithice’s reaction,

“But… why would they need someone who has Feralas’ blood?! What will the orc village gain from killing me?!” Slithice harshly asked, “Feralas was the only Naga to stand up against the Orcs, he was the one who delivers and gives weapons and armors to the soldiers, in that time the Orc Soldiers were practicing a secret ability to put the victims to eternal sleep In different methods, the only flaw of the technique is that it will appear usable in random abilities, the orc clan never mastered it, but Feralas did, through the control of mist, he mastered the ability which lead to your village’s freedom but with a great sacrifice Feralas got fatigued and overused his energy, thus made him a target for the Orcs, the Orcs eventually attacked the Naga after a few months, but before the Orcs attacked they sent another option, and that option is to sacrifice every blood relative of Feralas, the Orc feared that any blood relative has the potential to master the secret ability that could put them down for good, your village sacrificed you to survive, this is just a natural instinct of every living thing in this world…” Kudo said, after Slithice knew she said to Kudo, “So what you are saying is that, I can master the technique that can put the whole orc village down,” Kudo replied “It is only a possibility, nothing more than a theory, but if you do succeed, one great cost is your life…”

Slithice silenced herself after she herd what Kudo said and drunk the glass of ale, as the last drop was gone mercenaries stood up and holding out their weapons, Kudo whispered to Slithice “Look, it looks like they’re after us” even before Slithice was able to reply the bartender showed them a board and let them see what the Orc Village has given, “Three Hundred Thousand Gold, Dead Or Alive, A Female Naga and an Orc Blade Master” the bartender said, “you have a Lot of guts coming here wanted, you were better off staying at the village, here you will die!!”, Kudo and Slithice were about to escape using invisibility but the Kudo couldn’t, “No use trying to escape, the ale you were drinking a while ago seals all magical abilities, so none of your fancy magic tricks are gonna let you escape” the bartender said, “Were Wanted, guess we should fight are way out”, Slithice whispered to Kudo, “I never thought the village would do something this desperate, I don’t think there’s any place without knowing that were wanted, I guess the story is gonna get postponed for the moment,” Kudo replied, Slithice silently muttered to herself “Wanted…”

Chapter 5: Wanted!

"Wanted..." Slithice silently muttered to herself, "No use standing around there spacing out, you fighting with me or what?" Kudo bantered, "uh, Oh, well then, shall we start?" Slithice said. Just as slithice ended, Kudo Raised his sword and spun around like a twister wielding the blade facing sideways slowly charging against the bounty hunters, "You!, you had that technique all along and you didn't even bother to use it in the first place?!" Slithice asked demandingly, Just as Kudo stopped, he said, "Well, its not exactly the technique i can use so easily, i get tired too easily if i use it suddenly", as Kudo finished he pulled Slithice and ran for the door, just as they were to open the door the door suddenly opened toppling both Kudo and Slithice down, "Hmm? looks like someone got knocked down..." a cold voice said. Slithice slowly looked the person from his feet, just after slithice ended up surprised as she saw a Man in a black cloak , "Y-You!, your, your Kael, the Bloodmage from the Human Outpost near the Village" Slithice shouted, as Slithice finished her voice surrounded the room silencing everyone as they rolled their eyes to Kael, "You know me?, well, im just here to find out if an Orc, And a Naga Siren stopped by here, and... what's with all the commotion?" Kael asked and said slowly, "Fool, Those two are the Orc and the Naga Siren, and, a reward has been put up thats why all these bounty hunters went wild, its 100,000 gold after all" the Bartender arrogantly said, "oh, so you two are those two who are wanted, well then, you have to come with me, we need you for something" Kael said, "And why to we have to come with you?, your someone who just popped out from the door toppling us down!" Kudo said, "well just pick between a mage and dozens of bounty hunters" Kael sarcasticly said, "you have a point there, well then, sure... but what will you do with these bounty hunters, they aren't really gonna hand as over easily you know," Kudo Replied, "Bah, these trash? i can handle these guys faster than throwing trash away". "Your a pretty arrogant Mage aren't you?, you think you can beat us? well why don't you tr-" Just as the bounty hunter said their bodies combusted, "H-how powerful, he just, burnt those bounty hunters in less than 3 seconds... it might be better if we stay on his good side" Slithice whispered to Kudo, "Your right, just keep yourself discreet, try not to pick a fight yourself" Kudo replied, as Kudo finished whispering, Kael said "You guys, stand up were going, we have no time to waste" just as Kael finished, Kael walked out the bar.

Chapter 6 Part 1: Mysterious Bloodmage and the Human Outpost

"A bloodmage... originally the bloodmage is from the race of the extinct blood elves... its shocking that a bloodmage is still alive..." Kudo whispered into Slithice's ears, "Can you tell the story?, right now we can't make any sudden movements, all we can do is follow Kael... wherever he may take us... so we should use our time productively, and how did the blood elves get extinct?" Slithice whispered and asked back, before Kudo was able to talk Kael glanced maliciously, and asked humorously "Hey you two!, by any chance are you two a couple?", Kudo and Slithice were both stumbling over words, and before one of the two replied, "Sigh, never mind that question, just keep on following me, were almost there" kael said grinning.

"Well then... the blood elves were originally elves, but taken from their name, the blood symbolizes rebellion, the blood elves race was a rebellious clan who refused to help in the war against archimond and the horde, they were against the alliance of the humans and elves, they also felt that using wisps as the last resort in defending the world tree was wrong, thinking like this the blood elves took action and secretly cut a part of the world tree to be able to make a new one, but this action was discovered by the elders in the elves' high council, the blood elves and its supporters were exiled. Homeless, the blood elves sought the care of humans, secretly hiding in a hidden inhabited village provided by humans, but... the hidden village was actually a center ring where the undead move through and assemble units, knowing this the blood elves readied themselves in defending their comrades in any case they are seen, but as the horde passed through the village the blood elves were seen, almost half of the blood elves were killed, but from this a mage unleashed frightening amounts of magic in the whole village, wiping out the undead in the village" Kudo took a deep breath after talking and continued "Wiping out the undead the blood elves knew that the horde will soon find out what happened, the blood elves flee from the village carrying all bodies and casualties, they pushed north and arrived at a snowy mountain foot, the blood elves resided there, as they treated the casualties they ran out of medication and food thus having no choice but to hunt in the forests, from surviving that way they continued to live for the next few years and discovering themselves secret arts that the even the night elves do not know. As the blood elves struggled for survival they were found out by an army of humans, the blood elves fought back thinking they could win with secret magic skills and fighting power... but the difference in numbers were just to many, only two blood elves survived that feud, and if i am correct, one of the survivors is Kael, since one of the two survivors surrendered, and the other escaped." as Kudo finished Slithice was silenced, as the story ended they reached the Human Outpost.

"Welcome to the Human Outpost 3, follow me and please, don't gaze around, everyone here will just stare at you, after all your an orc and shes a naga, we are heading to the castle please be formal when talking to the commander," Kael said, following Kael deeper into the human outpost slithice whispered to Kudo, "This feeling is quite heavy... stares from all around us, footmen, gunmen, knights and even those children are staring at us...", "Don't show them your scared... it will only make them look down on us, just look straight, im sure the commander will give a scarier look" Kudo whispered back. After Kudo and Slithice exchanged a few more thoughts they finally reached the castle, filled with guards all around, and peasants trembling just by the sight of Slithice... "You two get ready, once we enter the castle, we take no responsibility in taking care of you two, you have to be aware". Kudo and Slithice slowly took the step inside the castle.
