About the skills?

don't you think that's too strong it's almost like the ultimate skill 500%atk speed increase aw... how many slash can you do with that it deal 1000dmg to 2000dmg....! you'll be in GOD LIKE in no time!!! and about your third skill i have a comment instead of making it attack once make it an instant damage like 125 or so so... it might cause a delay in attack if that skill comes to effect!!!! that all i rated it so so... better think about that?

If your read the whole thing, you will see that every slash of Thousand slash only deals 40 damage.

Blade Counter = "Ignore attack cooldown"

Hmm... nice idea, but 2nd skills: 1000 x 40 damage it's too overpowered...
Her ultimate is very very very good! I like it!
