Rikas is one of the ghost queens sorceress that have served the queen a bit to long.She got bored and started to seek for a quest.Rikas might seem a little bit of an useless sorceress but dont mistake her.Its useless to run from Rika.Her bonus damage that is given while an enemy is slow is the fear in your eyes.

Importent Note: Rika also got an special skill that gives her bonus damage while a opponet is in slow.She takes 100 bonus damage on a enemy that is slow.

Slowmotion (S)
Rika is a motion controller.She got the ability to slow an opponet for a short time.
Level 1 - 15% reduced movement speed - holds up to 6 seconds - reduces armor by 2
Level 2 - 17% reduced movement speed - holds up to 7 seconds - reduces armor by 3
Level 3 - 19% reduced movement speed - holds up to 8 seconds - reduces armor by 4
Level 4 - 22% reduced movement speed - holds up to 9 seconds - reduces armor by 5
Hard for enemys to run away then they got this on them.
Mana Cost: 130/100/90/90
Cooldown: 30
Framework: Work like Slow in strategy game.Armor Reducing dont stack

Speed Aura (N/A)
An aura that reducing speed for allies.
Level 1 - increases movement speed by 5% - increases attack speed by 10%
Level 2 - Increases movement speed by 10% - increases attack speed by 15%
Level 3 - Increases movement speed by 15% - increases attack speed by 20%
Level 4 - Increases movement speed by 20% - increases attack speed by 25%

Framework: Gives a light blue aura under Rika

Slowmotion Return (N/A)
Everytime some one hit Rika they get a short slow on them self.
Level 1 - Reduces movement speed by 10% - holds up to 1 seconds
Level 2 - Reduces movement speed by 11% - holds up to 1.45 seconds
Level 3 - Reduces movement speed by 12% - holds up to 1.90 seconds
Level 4 - Reduces movement speed by 13% - holds up to 2.35 seconds

Cooldown: N/A
Framework: Slows enemy units that attacks Rika (even Ranged)

Global Slowmotion (G)
Slowes all enemy heroes on the map.
Level 1 - Reduces movement speed by 15% - holds up to 4 seconds - reduces armor by 5
Level 2 - Reduces movement speed by 20% - holds up to 5 seconds - reduces armor by 10
Level 3 - Reduces movement speed by 25% - holds up to 6 seconds - reduces armor by 15

Cooldown: 50
Framework: Puts an slow on all enemy heroes on the map
Notes: Cant stack Global slowmotion whit Slowmotion.Armor reducing dont stack

Tactics

killing a hero:First use Dagons energy burst on him, then use Slowmotion on him.If he attack you then run back a little bit.Then Slowmotion goes off use Global Slowmotion.Then use Dagons energy burst.By now the hero shoud be dead.If his not, then just attack him.
