Hey! Didn't DotA banned Pudge and Shendelzere making heroes stuck to trees? It shouldn't be used by these two.

uhhh you should not allow pudge or vs to able to use this item for the same reason they shouldn't use blink dagger. vs and pudge will just get into the trees hook/swap them in and leave them stuck there. "well, now that i screwed over one hero, whos next?" the only way out is "-unstuck" and thats a WHOLE MINUTE.

How bout sniper use it ? espeacily lv16 max ulti stuck at the center of tree and ulti not even a scratch from opponent

Looks like Avatar of Vengeance boots are popular eh. Byebye to fissure blockade. No AS though makes it a bit sad. It also has only +5 more MS than Treads. Buy only with necessity. Or replacement of aegis for aegis/DR item pair. since items do not dropped if phased, if I remember right.

this is kinda like blink dagger but different style lolx

and yea aegis dosent work if phased

and yea +70 ms is kewl but buff the price a little the price a little.
