=Prologue:A history of Frozen Throne=
Lich King can already hear the marching of an army, loud rhythmic stomps."Finally",he thought, not feeling even a bit of fear.
The Lich King has no one left to be put between himself and the Alliance,no one.All are gone, the Burning Legion, the Demon Lord, all!!
He now stands alone, with his loyal pet Viper,a Netherdrake.Alone on a snow battered mountain plateau. He was ready, ready to die.Ready to take all of them with him.
The Alliance army had reached where he stood. All humans, thousands of them, all in a same uniform armor. They wore a grim expression in their face,Lich King can see it even with their helmet encovering their faces.
A knight, riding a magnificent stallion, rode forward, obviously their leader. He took off his helmet, and went face to face with Lich King, only separated by a few feet distance.
Viper hissed fiercely at the knight,a hiss like acid being splashed on a surface. But it didn't disturb the knight as he stood there calmly,as if the Lich King is nothing.
Lich King also looked calm in his face, even though all his expressions are the same.He gestured the netherdrake to stop hissing."I suppose you won't be letting me to leave here alive this time,am I not true?"asked the Lich King.
"Lich King, your time is over.Leave this land and return to your realm.Promise that you will never step a foot on Azeroth again and I will spare your pathetic life."
"How brave, how courageous you mortals are,"finished,he held up the knight with his skeletal hand. The knight choked, but he was still able to mutter some words,"Kill me,and hundreds will replace me.You'll never get out here ali....."
Before he could finish the sentence,Lich King killed him, drained the soul out of him.He throws the corpse away. And looked at the direction where the whole army stands.A snowstorm was brewing.
"What are you waiting for?Come get me if that is what you mortals want,"the Lich King shouted. As if the army obeyed him,a group of knights charged to Lich King on horseback.
No use, before they can even get near enough to strike,Lich King casted Chain Frost. All of them were frozen on the spot, one by one on contact with the ice ball.
Lich King gave out a sinister laugh that blended perfectly with the snowstorm."Is this all you can do?"he demanded.
A group of footmen with long pikes charged at him.No use,as like the knights before, they all were frozen before they even reach the Lich King.Again the Lich King gave out a spine-chilling laughter.
Seeing the situation, another Knight-in-command blowed a loud and deep horn. All soldiers got ready in battle positions and then charged at the Lich King.Flanking him and surrounding him. Then the entire army ran at the Lich King.
Lich King casted chain frost again and again.Viper tore open the assault, terrorizing the soldiers, spitting acidic poisons on then that corrodes even the finest armor.
But that is all the two can do,they are outnumbered heavily. They cannot kill all that came charging at them. And this,is the Alliance's strategy,to exhaust the Lich King and by this forcing the victory.
Indeed Lich King was exhausted, same to Viper. The soldiers kept coming. Then, the Lich King stopped casting spells. He looked around, then gave the most sinister laughter ever.Even the soldiers stopped at this sight.
The Lich King shouted,"you mortal scums, willing to sacrifice for your kingdom don't you?!Well I will grant your wishs,"his hand started to illuminate ,emitting a blue sphere. He raised his hand slowly above his head.
"Eternal Frostness!!!"The Lich King yelled and threw the blue sphere onto the ground. The plateau flashed,in brightest of white and blue.
The flash lasted for quite a while before fading.Nothing is left on the plateau, the Alliance army had vanished.Only one thing was left,a big boulder of ice where the Lich King is frozen inside, wearing a devilish face and smile.
Someday,he knew,he shall walk on the surface of Azeroth again....

=Chapter 1:The Dawn of New Age,Age of Scourge=
A myth has it that Mount Frostbite was once a lair of the Lich King. All the people knew is that once an Alliance army marched to their doom to the very lair of the Lich King, and never return, but since then the Lich King has disappeared from the world itself.
Peoples assumed that the Lich King is dead, never to return and cause havoc, but some don't.And those are who believed that Lich King still lives, mending his own injuries in silence, and when the time arrives he will rise again.
Many men set out to uncover the truth, but none returned, all mysteriously vanished in Mount Frostbite.Peoples believed that the it is the never ending snowstorm that caused death to the daring explorers, and thus named it Mount Frostbite.
=============================================================
A handsome and well dressed man strode proudly along a large plains. He is very tall, about six feet high, and from his outfit anyone can know he is from a noble family and holds great power in politics.
He came across a small village, surrounded by a large area of farm. The farmers were working on their fields,it is harvest season, most males of the village came out to help gather the crops under the hot sun.
The noble man drew attention of the farmers.Of course, this village is very remote, only a few times a year traders came traded goods with the villager, other than that,no one else visits this village, not for any reasons.
The noble stopped on the field where the villagers worked. He scanned the field, before finally approaching one old farmer.
"Sorry for disturbing, and I hope I am not.But could you tell me where is the location of this...Mount Frostbite?"the noble asked.
The farmer looked troubled,"why would anyone wants to go to that treacherous place?"he thought to himself. But still,he put down his hoe and pointed to distant north.
"Can you see the sole mountain that stood there? That's where you want to go.It's around twenty to thirty miles from here, might take a whole day's trip.We can offer you a stay here if you like, and continue you journey as soon as sun rise tomorrow. The plains is very dangerous at night ya know? With all those wolves around."
The noble looked where he pointed, indeed there is a mountain, but it is very faint. No one will be able to notice it if they don't know there is a mountain there.
"it's alright, thanks for the offer, but I got a very important task to do,"the noble replied coolly. He stared at the mountain, and said something under his breathe, then,he strode off.
"What an eccentric man he is,'commented one of the villagers, and most agreed.
=============================================================
Nightfall, the noble man was halfway to the top of the mountain. He walked the winding trails in severe angles, but he was very sure-footed.He was very determined to reach the summit,he strode without stop, even under the blistering cold that grew worse and worse as he climbed.
And finally,he reached the summit,a plateau. The snowstorm there is the most severe, for he can't even see through more than a few yards. But there is something that he could see even in a far distance, something thrice his height he estimated, glowing in eerie blue, light blue.
He walked towards it,he grew happy. Then, suddenly, his form started to change. His handsome face seemed to be losing flesh, and starting to shape like a skull, and his head turned to pale bluish-grey.His hands too became skeletal, and his fingernails grew long, much like an eagle's talon. His legs grew shorter and eventually gone, only streams of cold and blue gases emits from where his legs should be.His outfit also took a change,it became a robe,a wizards robe, elegant and ancient looking.
In a blink of an eye he transformed from a man to something that disgusts anyone who dared a look at him.He glided to the glowing thing, and stopped where he meets the big boulder of ice. There is someone in there, wearing a smile so evil. The skeletal creature bowed to the person inside the ice.
"Lich King my lord.It is I,Kel'Thuzad.I came upon hearing the Call of the Scourge."The lich said.Nothing happened for a while. The lich remained bowed.
Only the howls of the hail can be heard, nothing more. But gradually,a faint voice grew loud enough to be heard by the lich.
"Kel'Thuzad........"the voice whispered,"Ah.........yesss........the Call of the Scourge.......Has it not been a long time ago,my friend...?"
"Yes,and I had come to do your bidding, whatever it is that you wish,"Kel'Thuzad replied.
"For all the liches that exist,is it that you are the only one who remained loyal to me?Centuries since the Call of the Scourge, only one came, one!!!"the voice boomed,"No wonder the Burning Legion fell like trashes. It is because of all the useless liches who can barely do a thing!!"
"It is not true my lord.We had done every effort to find you upon hearing the Call of the Scourge, even I searched all of Azeroth before finding my lord here"
"Rubbish!!Where are all the liches when I was trepped here?Where?!Where are all the liches when I fought hundreds of thousands of mortal scum here? Were you even thinking of helping me?Were they?"The voice said in an angry tone.
Kel'Thuzad remained in silence. He don't have anything to say,nor did he want to say anything.
"No...That is the answer I supposed......Very well.....And do you know the purpose of the Call of the Scourge?"
"No,my lord...."
"That,is my call of summoning the liches........to come here and free me from this curse of my own....."
"How is it,am I your servant,to free you from the ice?"The lich asked,he thought himself,"What a silly question to ask,the answer will be to break the ice right now."But it is not the answer.
"As you can see, this is not normal ice.....It is enchanted ice that my spell created to freeze me in time......To wait for a right time for me to come out again and devour Azeroth.......And now is the time.......But it is only breakable by one single weapon that exist in legend.......the Divine Rapier......."
"Even so,your soul will be already frozen by your spell and you will never be able to do anything upon freeing you from the enchanted ice"
"Yes......I know......only by bringing me the spirit of the World Tree can I be revived...........Yes........the spirit of the World Tree..........So...You must get me this two items.....And the Lich King will rise again........."The voice then roared in laughter.
"How am I going to raise an army big enough to defeat the mortals and reach the World Tree?It takes hundreds of thousands to launch an assault to get even a chance to reach the World Tree. And where can I even find the Divine Rapier?"
"Foolish questions......You find the Divine Rapier by a sweeping search........And for the question of how to raise an army......you don't need to........Where did you think those mortal scums that fought me went to?"
Kel'Thuzad thought for a moment,he understood the Lich King."It will be done,I will not fail you,"said the lich, before bowing to the Lich King in the ice again and went away.

=Chapter 2:First Blood=
The seer Azarine Silkwood had been tasked to oversee the progress of recouping the war torn land around Tavindel.Although peace was quickly adapted by any races, battle scars could not.At least not in lands around Tavindel.Plains of Death it is called, where violent battles brought the Reaper here more often than any other places in the world.
Azarine and his fellow night elves had occupied Tavindel by the orders of Furion,in fact they had Tavindel built by their own hands. The bond between them is very special, like a mother and her child. It is no wonder that almost none of them will never think of returning to their home lands, preferring to stay here and dedicate their lives to make this land a better place, unaffected by any political shifts in their homeland across the sea.
The moon was full and extraordinary bright tonight,Azarine was peering out of his window, sitting on a chair in his dark room only lit by a candle. He himself was already an antique among his fellow night elves, wearing silvery black hair only lesser elders will sprout.Even though,he was well preserved, like he never grew any older. But anyone that sees him will said that he has an aura of great wisdom around him, such that matches the prophet Furion, who he fought alongside with during the Burning Legion.
Azarine always thought that the moon in this once vile land cannot be seen, for Elune never favors orcs nor bloodshed. Was he wrong for such a thinking,or had Elune followed the night elves here?Anyway it is,the moon never dimmed throughout the night,Azarine can even see silhouettes of gnarled trees against the pitch black sky.
Several gentle knocks on his room door broke the midnight silence.Azarine's eyes rolled from the sceneries across his room to his door."Who is it?"asked Azarine, half expecting who the visitor will be.
"It is me,father,Shendelzare."replied a sweet voice that resembles a clear bell ringing.
"Come in,the door is not locked,"said Azarine. He wondered why her daughter came to see him at such a late time, but at the same time he also wanted company, especially from her beloved daughter.
The door room opened slowly, the door hinge creaked, revealing a tall shadow."Aren't you asleep yet, father?"The shadow moved inside Azarine's room in slow but steady pace.
"No,my dear.I was just about to do so,but so caught up by the moon tonight."With a wave of his hand, the chandelier hanging from the room ceiling illuminated, bringing light to every object in the room and casting shadows on the wall.
Shendelzare's pretty eyes shone in crystal blue, enough beauty in it to make every night elf bachelors to be seduced by her eyes. Her face feature is like a maiden's,no,her whole body is.Long straight hairs as smooth as silk,in fragrance of flowers. Her whole body is like a maiden,a goddess-in-disguise,from her face to legs, flawless.
"Well, neither do I can keep my eyes from the moon.It seems like goddess Elune had finally forgave this land,"said Shendelzare, while bringing herself closer to the window where her father sat.
"Yes...I do have the same thought as you,my dear,"agreed Azarine,"Perhaps it's a good sign."
=============================================================
Kel'Thuzad's eye is gleaming with joy.He stood on a small hill, watching his legions of ghouls and skeleton warriors on the foot of the hill, lit by torches. All battle-readied,skeleton warriors fully armored, ghouls all hungered for the taste of flesh and blood of the enemies. They are starved, they are wanting foods and fuels of their animated lifes.
Abbadon mounted on his horse,Nightmare as he named him.He stood by Kel'Thuzad, examining the hordes of undead.Small icicle formed below his chin,he looked pretty much dead,if not that he still breathes, breathing cold icy air out.The curse of Frostmourne has taken its toll,Abbadon couldn't do anything about it,he was bonded to Frostmourne.Frostmourne just drains his soul away, day by day, night by night, slowly, silently. In exchange the wicked sword gave Abbadon powers beyond limit, immortality,to walk the world as a soulless wanderer, not until Kel'Thuzad found him.
Abbadon was once a prince of Lordaeron, next in line of the throne after his father King Dorin. He stumbles upon a sword,Frostmourne, that was in legend hidden within his very castle. The sword was very ancient itself, dated back then when the corrupted King Arthas ruled Lordaeron, the sword was then recovered by a council of mages when it was lost.Efforts had been made to destroy that sword,no one and nothing could. The king of Lordaeron of that time insisted that the sword is a royal property and demanded the mages to return.Of course, for the sake of the world, they wouldn't.The king had them executed, merciless as he has been, them kept the sword under a dungeon, hoping it would be put to use to save the kingdom again in times of need.
Abbadon killed his Dorin for the throne with Frostmourne,as Arthas did to Terenas. He lost control of himself,he was possessed by the demon within the sword itself. Then,he conscience wouldn't allow him to rule Lordaeron under the influence of evil any longer,he vanished.Wandering aimlessly in the abyss,he just wanted to keep himself from doing more harm to the world any longer.
Kel'Thuzad had promised Abbadon that his soul will be freed from Frostmourne once he helped him to complete his quest.Abbadon refused,he cannot bear killing anymore, but deep inside himself,he had suffered much more than anyone else that existed. Finally,he agreed to fight for Lich King's cause, but just to end his terrible pain.
"They despises you,Abbadon, your country men,"said Kel'Thuzad to Abbadon, who was riding on Nightmare, standing motionlessly. His face showed no expression in reply of Kel'Thuzad's words.
"Dorin was a weak, corrupted king. You did what was right for your country, you purged the weak. And they hate you for this, for what good you did. What they hate you for is ridiculous, you shouldn't be merciful to them,"continued the Lich,he took a glance to see Abbadon's reaction, but he was disappointed,Abbadon didn't seemed to heard him.
"What's in your mind now,Young Abbadon?"Kel'Thuzad asked him.Abbadon just gazed into the air,as he did from just now.
Then,he spoked for the first time since his silence on the hill."Frostmourne hungers..."his voice as lifeless as himself.
The lich spoke no more. His army is getting ready, the last of the foul meat wagons and bone-made siege towers are in line, only left is the lich's command and they will be off.Heroes he summoned for this campaign also stood in their positions.
"Abbadon, tonight you will fight for Lich King's cause, only he the Lich King can lift your curse for once and for all.Show your loyalty to him,and he will break no promises,"said Kel'Thuzad to his companion beside him with a slightest him of telling him not to betray to Scourge.
"I will,"Abbadon said.Frostmourne is whispering to him is ghostly voice,"I want to taste bloodsssss.........".
"And the first blood of this war will be drawn tonight,"added Abbadon.
"Good, keep it up,"the lich commented. Then upon a wave of his hand,Mogul Khan took out a horn and blew it.The reddish demonic orc sounded it so loud that it shook the land beneath Abbadon and Kel'Thuzad and echoed loudly through the land. The undead legion reacted. They started to follow where Mogul Khan led them, towards food for them. How they longed for the taste of fresh meat when they are reanimated by Kel'Thuzad from their slumber under the snow, finally they get to eat.
"Go my boy, join the battle or you will be left out of the fun.And make sure the seer lives, bring him to me afterwards,"ordered Kel'Thuzad.
"Yes,master,"Abbadon slung a cloak over his shoulders and fit it.The cloak is decorated with the mark of the Scourge,a skull.Coldly he led Nightmare down to the foot of the hill and rode away, riding like a wind along low foliages in the Plains of Death.
=============================================================
Azarine Silkwood ans her daughter talked the time away, sitting by the window. It's been a long time since they'd such a good conversation.Azarine had been busy with his works,so as Shendelzare, who with Leiya is in chage of training the local warriors.Shendelzare and Mortred are exceptional fighters, even male night elves have had problems beaten them hand-to-hand.
Shendelzare laid down on his father's lap,Azarine stroking her hair. She recalled when is her last time doing that, how well-protected she felt in his father's warmth, the she dozed off.Azarine too, yawned, streching his arms.He took a last look outside the window, the moon now at the highest point in the sky.
He noticed something in the horizon of the north,a short thin line flickering in red and yellow light.Could it be a forest fire?Azarine banished that thought, there are no forest nor anything big enough to cause a fire covering an area that big.
Azarine tried to move nearer to the window for a closer look, his mind thinking of possibilities of what that light might had been.As he moved,Shendelzare had woken up by his father's movement.
"What is it father?"She asked in curiosity,Azarine stretching his neck in order to get a better view of the horizon.Even though Azarine lives in a tower, his tower's height is still not enough to be used as a scouting tower.
"No,nothing,"answered Azarine,at the same time shaking his head ever so slightly.Instantly,he changed his mind and asked Shendelzare,"what do you think that red line in the horizon is?"He pointed at north through the window.
Shendelzare stuck her head out of the window.Breezes blew into her face, she squinted at where her father had pointed.Even with good night visions of night elves, she couldn't make out what was that. But she noticed that the line kept growing longer little by little.
She could smell some scent, the wind that blew her face brought it here.At first she couldn't recognize the smell, but she felt very uncomfortable about the smell,it smelt like rotting corpse, especially foul the sensitive nose of Shendelzare. The foul smell grew worse each passing second,Shendelzare couldn't bear it anymore,it leaked into Azarine's room. She quickly closed the window to prevent it from worsening.
"What in the name of..."Shendelzare covered her nos with her hand, same as Azarine did."It smells like rotting corpse,"commented Shendelzare.
"Yes..."Azarine choked and coughed intensely. He is already old,he couldn't bear any of this vile things.Shendelzare stroked his back, trying to comfort him.
"I'll try to tell Leiya about this.We will send a scouting party to see what's happening. In the mean time, lay on your bed and don't open the window, father,"said Shendelzare. She took another look at the northern horizon, and saw the line getting thicker and longer. She rush to the door, still not having a slightest idea about what is going on.
"I'll be back in a while,"Shendelzare took a last look at her father before closing the door and be on her way to Leiya's manor.Azarine coughed more as he got up from his chair and groped his was to the bed,the pungent smell never faded.
Shendelzare walked at first, then ran.She can smell the same odour everywhere in Tavindel. She ran a couple of blocks down the street where his father's tower stood, before stopping in front of a house.
"Leiya!Come out,I want to speak to you!"she yelled, but barely catching up her breath from the running. No respond. She called out again.Still, not a single movement in the house. She grew frustrated, where could she be?
"What brings you here at this time,my friend?"a voice asked from behind, not as sweet as Shendelzare's.Shendelzare immediately recognized the voice, and turned.
In front of her is Leiya, not as tall as Shendelzare but as deadly. She was in full battle suit, like she expected enemy, beneath her cloth wore a chainmail covering from shoulders to waist, and wearing her favorite cloak behind.
Shendelzare was always amazed at how Leiya managed to walked behind her without making a single sound, even with those chainmails on,that includes this time. But she has no time to wonder how she does it,she came for importan matter.
"I was wondering if did you saw something at the northern horizon. It's like fire but the wind brought in foul smells of rotting corpse."asked Shendelzare.
"Yes,I did.In fact I already sent three of our scouts to check it out. They should be back here soon to report,"answer Leiya coolly, without looking at Shendelzare but brandishing her fearsome weapon,a ring with jagged razor edges that filled the outer circumference except where she holds it.
"Come, let's go to the gate and wait for them,"Leiya then said. Both of them strode in the mist of the stench. In a few minutes time, the reached a high gate house. Some warriors already in their armors stood on the wall.Shendelzare knew it was Leiya's command,in her eyes,Leiya is very sharp sensed and will get anything ready before it could happened.
"I called them to be ready,I sensed an invasion coming,"said Leiya, gesturing at their warriors on the wall. She led Shendelzare into a stairway in the gate house and went to atop of it.From there Shendelzare could see either to the right or to the left,a thick wall linked the gate house with two towering turrets, which are also linked to the other turrets at the back of the city, forming a rectangular shaped protective walls around the city.
Leiya and Shendelzare were both greeted by a leading soldier,"greetings milady. The scouts are already out for a long time, they should be back here anytime now."
"Good,"she murmured, then she turned to Shendelzare."You should get dressed for battle now,I brought you your sword and armor."Leiya signaled at a warrior ro bring Shendelzare's accessories.
"Is there really going to be an invasion?Orc?"Shendelzare asked Leiya.Certainly she won't act like this if she is not sure.
Before Leiya could answer, something else did."Sir Leiya!!The scouts are back!!"someone called out.Leiya turned her backat Shendelzare and faced outside the northern gate.Shendelzare follow Leiya to see their return.
At first they can only hear horses' galloping,no it's only one horse that is galloping, both Shendelzare and Leiya can hear it.The only horse returned, the rider laying against the horse's mane, clearly incapacitated as blood runs down the horse's flank.
"What is this?!"gasped Leiya. She rushed down the stairs into the gate house, the gate was raised. The horse galloped into the gate house where Leiya and some soldiers are waiting.Shendelzare too joined the crowd.
One of the night elves stuck a finger below his nose,"he still breathes."Leiya was relieved, but Shendelzare was not, where are the others she wondered.
Slowly the scout's compatriots lowered him from his horse, and laid him down on the brick floor. He was bleeding from his shoulder, where his flesh has gone, apparently bitten off.His blood was oozing slowly even though his wound is heavy,a sign of lacking of blood.
The scout coughed blood,he spit it sideways to the floor.Shendelzare felt pity for his situation, somehow, she felt that Leiya was right,an invasion is coming. And coming fast.
Leiya approached the scout, she lifted his bloodied head with her hand, then asked,"What did this to you?"The scout coughed blood again, his face showing agony.Leiya repeated her question.
"G-g-ghouls....,"the scout struggled to said it."T-they at-at-attacked us,"he took a deep breathe,then continued,"...m-many of th-th-them...."
The night elves were shocked upon hearing this."The undeads, they're back,"said a warrior in the background.Leiya looked calm at this situation,of course,if she even showed a hint of panic, the soldiers will be in chaos.
They scout took his last breathe. His eyes gaze lifelessly.Leiya put his head down and closed his eyes. She turned to a commander.
"I want the city to be evacuated before the enemy comes, send all to the southern route and make to Listrada. No young and elders to be left here,"ordered Leiya to him.
"But milady,it's already too late! The enemy will reach before we can even gather all citizens!"
"Then act quick! We don't have a second to spare!"insisted Leiya angrily."All warriors take your positions on top of the walls, leave no segments of walls undefended!"
Shendelzare is in confusion, all this happened so quickly and sudden. She stood at the stairways,Leiya approached her in few lengthy steps.
"Go get ready! There should be spare bow and arrows on the walls.Lead the archers.I should go round up all remaining warriors and capable men,"she said hastily, clearly not wanting to waste any time.
"But what about my father?"
"No time, the enemy nears!"Leiya snapped at Shendelzare before she strode off.
Shendelzare could see the enemy from where she stands through the lowering gate, such a formidable force. She can hear the earth shaking, rumbling noises of the enemies' footsteps. Also in the middle of it are clinking noises of shields banging at each other. No doubt they have armor, only skeleton warriors wielded armors that they once wore before they died,Shendelzare knew this from his knowledgeable father.
The stench grew worst than ever.It is near, maybe in a quarter of an hour's time the city will be under siege.By that time there will be no escape, all cut off by the enemy.Either they perish under the enemy's onslaught or die fighting. That's the only choice Shendelzare had,and surely anyone would prefer the latter.

=Chapter 3:The Axe=
Morgul Khan led the undead army,he clutched his battle-axe tightly in his right hand.Never had he felt more excited in his life. His heartbeat accelerated when he thought of culling night elves, the only race in the world Morgul Khan had yet to kill.He wondered how good will they be,will it be another disappointment ,or will they live up to their reputations? He will certainly find out tonight as the first invasion begins.
Abbadon caught up with Morgul Khan in the front line.Even though Nightmare is an immortal horse,it had trouble following up Morgul's fast pace.
"Kel'Thuzad said that the seer must live,"Abbadon said to Morgul.Certainly the Axe already knows this,it was said in briefing, but Abbadon wouldn't take a chance and reminded him.Morgul Khan was well known for abusing and killing any enemy in standing in his sight, even Abbadon who had only joined the Scourge legion knows that.
Morgul Khan looked annoyed,he frowned in anger.Abbadon wasn't disturbed at his face."I know what Kel'Thuzad said and I acknowledged that, human,no need for you to boss me around,"Morgul blasted. His nostrils flared, and looked at Abbadon with a pair of eyes that has no eyeballs, but small small green fires gushed out of his eyes constantly.
"Just reminding you.Anyways the traitor will hand over the seer,no need for us to search for him.And he will not be at risk of getting severed into pieces under your blade,"Abbadon said,he had a feeling that he just angered the Axe,but he doesn't care how Morgul felt, and rode on.
Morgul was angry at those words,he held Abbadon's cloak at his neck, and toss him down his horse.Nightmare came to a halt with a neighing cry.Abbadon hit the ground hard, never he imagined that Morgul was that strong. The edge of Morgul's battle-axe rested on Abbadon's neck.
"I will silence you, human.Don't you think that I will listen to one single word of yours even though Kel'Thuzad put you in charge of the army, you are no more than just a weakling human,"Morgul said slowly and clearly in Abbadon's ear, with the axe still on Abbadon's neck, ready to chop him off anytime Morgul applies pressure on it.
Abbadon felt the sharp edge of the battle-axe on his neck, but he wasn't afraid of dying,he is an immortal, his body cannot be penetrated.Abbadon just laid there, staring back at Morgul's eyes,he can feel Morgul's breathe on his face.
"Who do you think you are,Morgul?"A lifeless voice asked behind Morgul Khan.Morgul stood up,he lifted his axe,but he dared not to move for he felt a sharp tip on his back.
"Leave us,Clinks. You had nothing to do with this.Or would you prefer me to crush your bones after I crushed this human's?"
"No you will not,in fact you won't have a chance."The arrow head burst into flames.Morgul felt the heat dissolving his body and he let out a shriek.
Morgul knew he can't possibly beat the Bone Fletcher, but he took the chance and swung his battle-axe at Clinks's head.He ducked, and disappeared, like a fire fading in a wind.
"Enough of this nonsense!!!"A blast of green lightning hit Morgul Khan.He was frozen on that spot and couldn't move even if he tried to.Another skeletal being appeared in the corner of his eyes, one in wizards robe, but unlike Clinks,he is much shorted but has an aura of wickedness surrounding him.
"What is this?A fight within yourselves even before the war against the enemy begins?Pathetic joke!!!"The undead mage blasted Morgul Khan and includes Abbadon in his words. He stood there for a while, with his wizard's staff in his hand still pointing at Morgul.
Bone Fletcher appeared out of windwalk. He kneel and bowed to the newcomer,"greetings Lord Pugna. It appears that a quarrel had gone out of hands, isn't it?"
Abbadon stood up from where he fell, patting dusts away from his outfit.Pugna looked at him, like the Bone Fletcher,he has no eyes, but sees through his eye sockets, with the eerie red light that shone deep from the sockets. This is one common thing that every skeleton soldiers have.
"Are you alright,General Abbadon?"Pugna hissed out without opening his jaws.
He then looked at Morgul,in mockery. He gestured at the Axe,"Has he been causing you troubles?I see he had.No matter, one simple trick will do..."
Pugna stretched both of his hands high to touch the immobilized Morgul's head.He chanted something, all wicked words that Abbadon couldn't understand, much like a demonic ritual.Pugna's hands glowed red, like it is under tremendous heat. Then,Morgul let out a painful cry,Pugna channeled some magic into his head,no,more like his soul.
Pugna chanted some more,Morgul cried louder, and was on his knees.Abbadon wasn't amused,he stood there and watched as Pugna does his ritual.
Morgul was near to breaking his throat,he couldn't cry anymore.Pugna stopped, and then lowered his body to see Morgul's face.Morgul was taking deep breathes, steams evaporating from his sweat soaked body.
"Rise,Morgul,"Pugna hissed.
"Yes,master."Morgul rised as Pugna told.Abbadon and Clinks was amazed at this sight. It seemed that Pugna's spell did something to his brain that makes him obeyed Pugna.Morgul too looked different, the new Morgul emits an aura that would send anyone trembling, even Abbadon himself, although Abbadon don't know what made this difference.
"From now on this is your leader, you obey everything he saids without questions.Do you not understand me?"Pugna said while pointing his fleshless finger at Abbadon.
Morgul nodded his head and then faced Abbadon.Abbadon felt his sweat racing out from his skin the moment he gazed into Morgul's eyes. It's the same eyes that he had,why did Abbadon felt like this he doesn't know. But he needs no to fear Morgul, they are in the same side.
Pugna gave out a laugh, then he hissed,"very well Morgul. Now,the army had caught up I can see,"he took a look at north where undeads stood only a hundred metres away."I think we should be on our way, shan't us,Abbadon?"
"Uh....Well....Yes,"Abbadon awkwardly answered.
"Good. As for you Bone Clinks,Meepo and his brothers had dug a tunnel leading directly to the south route of this city.It should be very near from here,I want you to lead some soldiers to attack from the south, and there you will meet up with Nevermore,Lion and Atropos. The traitor will be letting the night elves out from the rear gate.Soon you shall get to taste some elven bloods,"Pugna said to the Bone Fletcher, both eyes glowing wider and brighter.
"It will be done,"Clinks said, and then crawled away.
Abbadon mounted again on Nightmare,Pugna and Morgul beside him.His army is now amassing behind him. From where he stood he can already see in detail of the number of enemies on the wall.No more than a thousand he judged,it should be no problem for his formidable force.
A high skeleton with heavy armor strode forward to Abbadon. He knew him as Leoric, once a king, now the king of the skeleton warriors. The Leoric hissed like Pugna, but in a deeper voice,"the army is already in formation.By your order they shall have this city teared apart."
Abbadon took a look at his army, all skeleton archers are in the front row, together with the menacing siege towers, behind are the meat wagons, all lock and loaded, followed by the ghouls and skeletons.
He was satisfied. He waved his hand at Leoric, which he knew what it means.Leoric turned and walked back into the rows. The whole army started to advance,at first slowly then picking up speed.
Abbadon sighed, before riding into the mist of soldiers, same as Pugna and Morgul did.He had a feeling that this will be over quick.

=Chapter 4:Betrayal=
The first volley of arrows had been exchanged. The night elves suffers from high casualties, almost half of the warriors on the wall are wounded, some killed with multiple hits. But not even single bone archers of the enemies were killed,in fact they can't be brought down with bows and arrows,it does only scratches to them, nothing more.
Only one arrow from each bone archers is more than enough to cover the whole night sky.Even Shendelzare now has lost hope of defending this city. Her arrows are useless against any skeleton soldiers, they don't have any flesh or organs to be pierced through, the only way is to shatter their bodies with swords and shields. She laid her hand on the hilt of her sword that is sheathed on her belt, hoping that this weapon will save her life when needed.
Shendelzare ducked from an incoming arrow which flew inches above her head.Beside her she can see were bodies of her dead comrades. Her eyes let out a tear at this sight. They don't have to fight this war,but they did in loyalty to their race. She quickly wiped the tear off.
In her mind now she is wondering where is Leiya, crazy thoughts about Leiya leaving her behind in this hopeless situation filled her brain. But she trusted her,and believe that she will come back and aid them at the walls.
Shendelzare raised her head a bit just enough to see what's outside the wall, the siege towers are moving in,and in a fast pace. She ducked again and backed against the wall, rain of arrows showered the top of the wall, each passing moment more of her warriors died. She must think of something before the siege towers move in place and bringing more conflict inside the city.
Suddenly,a loud thump rocked the walls. She looked at where it came from, the north-eastern turret.A large part of the rock built turret came tumbling down. She scanned the fields trying to find the cause, and found units of meat wagons on the east, all concentrating fire on the turret. The missiles brought more foul stench to this city.
Enough is enough Shendelzare figured, she walked while ducking her head all the while to one of the surviving commanders on the walls."Commander, get all soldiers down the walls,we'll fight them with swords and shields inside the city if we must, there's no hope from preventing the enemies coming in Tavindel,"Shendelzare said to him.He understands the situation, and proceeded without more questions.
She found a ladder on the wall and was about to climb down when she saw fires arising from the southern part of the city."What in the name of Elune...".Without second thought she jumped down the high wall and landed hardly, her ankle was injured but she wasn't bothered, what bothered her more is where is Leiya in this thick of battle?Has she died in the hands of enemies or has she abandoned Tavindel.
Shendelzare ran as fast as her legs could bring her to the southern part of the city.Halfway there she is greeted by a crowd of elder and young night elves screaming and running for their lives.Behind them blankets of smoke and unbearable smell were racing with the large crowd.
She ran against the peoples, trying to find out what happened, she was pushed and shoved as she approaches the rear gate. All she saw was legions of ghouls already feasting on the dead corpses of the night elves, and some skeletons soldiers searching the bodies for any goods. She nearly threw out at this disgusting sight, she held her hand in her mouth.
One strange feeling struck her,she felt a great pressure on her and her heart started to pump faster and faster. The feeling was worsen when a black demonic being appeared out of the corner of her eyes. The demon stood tall and its body drenching in black fires,it has no eyes.Shendelzare knew it is its presence that made her felt vunerable.
Shendelzare's leg weakened as the Shadow Fiend moves closer to her.In her head now she felt unconscious, and her vision blurred.Shadow Fiend now stood in front of her,its hand reached out to Shendelzare's face,he whispered,"Let me have your soul.....".The Shadow Fiend was about to take her soul away,Shendelzare never felt more hopeless in her life as her soul was slowly dragged out from her.Her face contracted slowly and painfully.
In her surprise, she Shadow Fiend let out a roar.It isn't any kind of roar, but a roar in sharp pain.Shendelzare regained herself, she can see the Shadow Fiend taking back its hand and her soul returning to her.The Shadow Fiend shrieked and roared and its hands seemed to be groping for his back, then it vanished, leaving a dark-greenish gas behind.
Shendelzare was delighted at what she saw,it was Leiya who had slain the Shadow Fiend with a well aimed slash in it's back.
"It's about time you show up,"Shendelzare said.
"Was busy cleaning things up here,"Leiya said in reply. She strode pass Shendelzare,"We cannot hold Tavindel any longer,we must run now, save ourselves to tell everyone about this."
Shendelzare didn't agree with Leiya's words. But that's the only choice they have now,if they fight to death here, the whole Azeroth will be taken by surprise by this unholy army.
"Okay, but my father must go with us."Shendelzare said, then pulled out her sword.
"Yes,we must make haste to save him,"Leiya agreed.
Both Leiya and Shendelzare ran to Azarine's tower with acute speed, killing ghouls on the way.The ghouls were relentless, charging at anything that has flesh.Although they are blind, they possess senses of smell and hearing greater than any night elves.
Shendelzare can see the siege towers had scaled the walls, the enemies had breached the city, and now terrorizing this city. The intensity of enemies increases every second,Shendelzare felt her arm unable to hack through any ghouls and skeletons anymore,it was tired out.
Fortunately they reached Azarine's tower, the main door was locked.Shendelzare didn't remember that she locked the door when she came out from there. She assumed that Azarine may had locked it himself.
"Cover my back,"Leiya said to Shendelzare while she raises her bladering high, ready to strike at the wooden door.Shendelzare managed to dispose a few of the ghouls that found them, behind her Leiya hacked the door multiple times before it gave way.
Shendelzare was the first to climb the stairs followed by Leiya far behind. She felt that each step took longer than the last, finally she reached the door of her father's room.
"Father, are you in there?"Shendelzare shouted at the door.No response,a bad sign. She shouted again, but her voice was drowned by the sounds of swords clashing outside.
She gave up shouting, and banged the door with her shoulders, expecting it to be locked.Instead the door flew open as she hit it and stumbled a few steps.
At the corner of the room Azarine was trying to make some noise, but his mouth is stucked with clothes, and his hands and feet tied with ropes.Shendelzare hurried to her father,Azarine kept shaking his head, and his eyes gone wide,as if looking at something behind Shendelzare's back.
Shendelzare turned,Leiya stood at the door, with her bladering ready to pounce.
"Why are you doing this,Leiya? Why?!"Shendelzare asked, waters started to form in her eyes.Shendelzare strode to Leiya.
Leiya raised her hand, gesturing Shendelzare to stop, and she did.Shendelzare wanted to listen to Leiya's explanation.
"You wanna know why?Why I betrayed night elves?Yes,I did.I secretly met enemies in planning the attack of Tavindel.I opened the rear gate for them.I've planned everything that happened this night, every single detail,"Leiya said in a wicked voice much more different from her previous.
"Why did you do this?"Shendelzare asked again, this time she is sobbing, trickles of tears started to flow from her eyes.
Leiya was annoyed, she didn't want to answer, instead she said,"Now you know this,I must silence you from the world."Leiya held her bladering high, ready to charge at Shendelzare.
Shendelzare did not even intend to defend herself."I thought we were friends,"she said.Leiya was stunned by these words, she stared blank for a while.Memories of her and Shendelzare together as friends ran across her mind.
"NO!!!"Leiya shooked her head, and then approached Shendelzare with a killing aura.
"Stop this Leiya,STOP THIS!!!"Shendelzare knew her persuading will not work anymore, she drew out her sword,"Is this what you want?"
"I'm afraid so..."
Leiya threw her bladering at Shendelzare, she barely evaded as she jumped aside. The bladering embedded into the wall cleanly.Leiya blinked to where her bladering is and pulled it out of the wall.
Shendelzare didn't know she could blink, but she had no time to be amused, she ran at Leiya and thrusted her sword at her.Leiya disappeared as soon as the sword made contact with her.
She turned around, and saw nobody else in Azarine's room except for himself, still binded.Seeing this opportunity,Shendelzare ran to free Azarine. She managed to untie his hands and removed the piece of cloth from his mouth.
"Uh....Thank Elune..."Azarine sighed.
"Father, what happened?"Shendelzare said while trying to untie his legs, which is tighter than the others.
"I don't kn....LOOK OUT!!!"Azarine yelled pointing behind Shendelzare.
Too late,Leiya appeared from transparency and slashed Shendelzare in her back.Shendelzare didn't wear any rear guards, and the wound is deep.
Shendelzare cried and had no more energy to move, her body fell on the floor.Bloods started to gush out and stained the floor. Her eyelids got heavier and heavier and her lips bleached.
Leiya let out an evil laugh at Shendelzare. She lowered her head to Shendelzare's ear."I'll tell you why,"she whispered,at the same time smiling evilly,"Because I am sicked of night elves' arrogant ways.I am not a pure night elf,I am half a blood elf.The Wardens banished me because of this,I swore that I will make them pay..."
Leiya grinned,her teeth sparkled."So don't blame me,Shendelzare,blame your peoples..."She hissed.She raised her bladering high,and with a fast movement,cut Shendelzare in her throat.
Pain...Shendelzare had not felt so much anger at Leiya...She felt her breath losing out, this time no one can save her...
"Goddess Elune...Hear my plea...Please...Let me avenge my death.....Let me avenge my peoples' death..."
She's lost,Shendelzare's body lies on the floor, motionless, her eyes closed.Leiya had made sure that she is dead before rising up.
Leiya scanned the room.Where is Azarine? He must have escaped when she wasn't noticing. She looked around the room again to be sure. He's gone.
Outside the window a loud sound of a horn was sounded, the sound came from above.Leiya was sure that is Azarine, she left the room and walked up the stairs in a steady pace. This time she knew Azarine cannot escape. She thought of the rewards the lich will give when she hand the seer to the lich.
She reached the top of the tower,a wide opening.Azarine is chanting a spell, his hands faced the sky,it is it that gave out the sound.
"No more foolish games,"Leiya said. She blinked and struck Azarine in the head with her elbow,he instantly fainted, the sound too faded as he did.
=============================================================
Abbadon was sure that this is the easiest battle yet.The night elves didn't stood a chance against his army.He himself had kills up to hundreds, all charging into the thick of battle while Frostmourne cleaves the night elves on its own will.
Morgul Khan on the other hand, racked up twice as much as Abbadon did.He was the first one to stand on the walls when the siege towers scaled it,on the wall alone he almost killed all night elven archers that is yet to retreat.
"Weaklings, doesn't live up to their reputation,"Morgul commented to Abbadon. The city is now cleansed of any night elves, all that were alive hours ago are now feasted by the ghouls.
"General Abbadon,my warriors are now searching the city for any survivors,"Leoric reported to Abbadon.
"Good...Make sure none lives.Except for the seer."Leoric left to join the search.
Pugna stood by Abbadon. He had never had so many souls in a meal before, now he is energized, the light in his eyes glows brighter than before.
Abbadon looked at Pugna in curiousity."I thought the traitor is meeting us here. What's taking it so long?"His horse neighed,in concert of Abbadon's question. He patted Nightmare in its mane.
"Patience,my young Abbadon. She shall be here soon."
"She?!The traitor is a female?"
The answer is obvious and Pugna just nodded. They waited in silence until Bone Clinks arrives with Meepo.
"Clinks,do you have anything to report?"Pugna hissed.Abbadon was about to ask the same question.
"Lord,Nevermore died.According to Atropos,he was killed by a women night elf.I believe is was the traitor who had done it."
"Nonsense.Even so,it was just part of her plan for us to take this city.We win some and lose some.Nevermore never showed loyalty to the Lich King,he doesn't deserve to live among the Scourge."
Bone Clinks does not want to offend Pugna's decision.Of course,it was Pugna who made agreement with the traitor, and he always held belief in his choice.
"I doubt the loyalty of the traitor to Lich King too.In my eyes traitors will always be branded as a traitor."Bone Clinks voice whispered.
"Do you doubt my choice then,Clinks?"Pugna was angered.Abbadon doesn't even care what are they talking about, all he needs to do now is to deliver the seer to Kel'Thuzad, while went to Morgul joined the ghouls in the feast.
The pointless quarrel between Clinks and Pugna continued.Meepo's expresstion changed,Abbadon noticed.Another geomancer with the same face as Meepo appeared out of the shadows. It walked to Meepo and said something into Meepo's ears,in their own language.
Meepo nodded a few times, and said out loud,"My brother here said a female night elf dragging another elder of her kind is coming this way,I believe it's the traitor that Lord Pugna is taling about."
Pugna and Clinks stopped their debate, and the face of Pugna grinned.
To bo continued....

haha...I am still thinking of who to kill off in the next chapter.

i have read 'My Last Story' by one of the members here. The story was awesome!
He added a lot of emo in it and thats what i suggest you should do. I am not saying you're story is not good, but what I am trying to say is you should try to get some ideas or inspiration from that story that will even enhance the story further. In that other story, each hero mentioned has a basic storyline in which the author expands it and makes it emotional and cool. So dude, i hope your further chapters in this story will be even longer and more interesting than the story i just mentioned.

=Chapter 5:The Naga Sirens=
Furion came out from the cabin of his ship,he held his staff in his hand and walked to the front deck.Sea breeze blowed strongly against him,his long white beard sways sideways. The sun is already fading, not into the horizon but into the mist.
A large area of fog lies ahead of the ship and coming his way fast. The shipmates pulled up the sails one by one,it doesn't help in head winds. The ship creaked slowly in the nearly foggy waters,as the other ships that follow Furion's ship did.He is on his way to a large mysterious and ancient island of Westwindal, not far west to Kalimdor.
A night elf jumped halfway down from the main mast and landed softly,he is the captain of the ship,Falmir. He approached Furion who was standing at the front deck with silence.
He saluted to Furion, and said,"Sir,its very foggy ahead,I don't think we can steer safely out there. We may hit the rocks if we do,it's very unsafe.I suggest we drop our anchors and stay here for tonight."
"I know, but we are in need to rush, there are no more room for any delays now.Make at least an hour more,I'll see if we can continue on then,"said Furion with charisma.
"No we can't,visibility is at premium there, without it we can't steer the ship."Falmir insisted.
Furion sighed. He tooked another glance at the foggy west sea, then he shook his head a bit."How long more is it to Westwindal?"
"At least by sunset tomorrow,if there are no more fog delays."
"Fine. It's a tiring day for all of you. We'll anchor here tonight. You and your shipmates go and have a goodnight's sleep,"Furion breathed out heavily after that, and then looked at the west again."Hope all is not lost when we get there,"he said to himself.
=== === === === === === === === === === === === === === ===
Furion entered his cabin, elegantly decorated for his use.The only light source though,is candles.Together sharing his cabin are Magina and Lucius, both his son, born twins,Magina as the elder.
Magina and Lucius are meditating on the floor, their bandages wrapping their eyes.Lucius and Magina were born blind, but that doesn't mean they are really blinded by this handicap, for they have the ability to sense their surroundings with help of a wide field of aura around them. And hearings so sharp that they can hear a fly landing on a piece of leaf.
"Why had the ship stopped, father?"Magina broke the silence, still in his meditating posture.
"We are stopping here, the fog obstructs us.We cannot pass safely."Furion said.He walked to his cabin window, his big robe brushing the floor of his cabin."I fear that Tavindel is lost by the time we get there..."he continued in a solemn voice.
He looked out of the window,he can see the moon hanging high in the sky,in it he saw terrors at Tavindel reflecting from the moon to him.He couldn't stop imagining what his fellow night elves went through, and his very old friend Azarine. But what troubled his the most is the return of the undead scourge. Why are they in Westwindal? The answer,Furion figured,is only one,the young New World Tree that is situated in Listrada in the south of the island. But why would they want it?
Furion has been having trouble with his vision of the future not until recently,he can't see the future, like it was blockaded by some magic. And Furion had no idea what magic is that powerful that even the prophet is bounded by it.
The cabin was in quietness for quite a long time,Magina and Lucius continued to meditate. While Furion rested his eyes out the window into the eastern seas,he sighed a few times. Then,Lucius started to give out some noise,he yelled in pain,at first not so disturbing but then it worried Furion.
Furion looked at Lucius,he struggled on the floor, steams came out from his back, making a sizzling sound.
"Are you alright,Lucius?"Magina asked as he holds Lucius,he turned him to find where is Lucius reaching for in his back.A mark as big as his palm glowed in the darkness of the cabin,a strange looking mark, emitting red glows like fires.
Lucius' cried got more louder that being anywhere on the ship one can hear it."Are you alright my son?"Furion asked, his heart beating as fast as wing beats of a fly,he kneel down and looked where Magina was looking.
"It's this odd thing again,it had been hurting Lucius since the time before the call from Tavindel was heard. It hasn't been painful in the past but lately it grew more intense.I'm afraid it's a curse father,"said Magina to Furion but was almost drown by Lucius' screams.
"What is it?Looks nothing I've seen before,"Furion tried to have a closer look at the mark but Lucius couldn't hold still."Are you alright, son?"
Lucius' painful cries lasted for a few minutes more,Furion and Magina looked helplessly as Lucius struggle.Furion ran through his mind for magics he could use for this situation, none of them applies. He tried a few on Lucius but the result is a failure.Again Furion wondered what kind of magic is this,it's not anything he had seen,it must be very ancient, dating back at least to the time of ancient demons.
The cry stopped,Lucius laid on the floor facing the ceiling of the cabin,he took deep breathes,Magina and Furion beside him helping out Lucius."What is this,Lucius? So you have any ideas about it?"Furion asked.
"I don't know father. It's been painful lately,at first I thought I was just a minor spell casted on me,but no.It grew more and more painful each time it happened,"Lucius muttered, barely able to be heard.
"Everytime it the burning comes,I see something...."Lucius continued.Magina and Furion felt curious, they wanted to know more about this.
"What is it that you see,Lucius?"Furion asked.
"I see....I see....a faint skull....It's telling me something....."
Furion was shocked. He don't know what was that but surely it isn't a good thing."What was it trying to say?Lucius, can you hear what it said?"
"I...I don't know....It said something in a faint voice, but not in any languages I know."Lucius coughed as he finished,he looked tired out.
"A skull....saying something?"Furion thought to himself.It doesn't make any sense,strange things are happening now,but it all doesn't fit together,or does it?
"Why hadn't I heard this from either of you before?"Furion asked, sternly looking at both of them.
Magina felt wrong at heart to ignore this and keep it from his father."We didn't want to make you feel worry, father,"Magina said.
"That is not the way,"Furion said,he silently looked at them for a moment,Magina lowered his head, thinking of what he had done.
Furion was half disappointed at both of them, the other half he was worrying of Lucius, like Magina said he would be."I will try to find a cure to Lucius tomorrow. In the mean time,I want Magina you to look after your brother."
"Yes father,"Magina obeyed without question.
Lucius recovered and stood up,he looked as normal as he could be.Magina supporting him by his side.
"Are you still alright now,Lucius?"Furion asked again.
"Yes,father.I'm fine now."
"Good.I think it's too late now,we should rest ourselves for what lies tomorrow."
"Agreed,"said Magina. He helped Lucius to his bed.Furion extinguished the candle as they tuck in for the night.
=== === === === === === === === === === === === === === ===
Sunrise. Some seagulls were already out preying on fishes in the ocean.Magina stood on the deck, out in the west the fog still lingers, but in a much milder way.Falmir may still have difficulties riding the ship in a fast speed in this weather.
The bigger warships behind Furion's elven caravel looms high, blocking most of the morning sun out of view.Although Magina is blind, with his aura he still can 'see' without many problems, and he can see the very ship he is on now is going deeper into the fog.
Falmir jumped out of nowhere and greeted Magina good morning."Looks like we're in for a bumpy ride today,"said the flamboyant captain with a light tone.
"Yes..."Magina agreed, not wanting to say more.
"So...Where is your father?Hasn't seen him out of his cabin since last night."
"He was working on something with my brother,Lucius."
"Lucius?Oh...That young lad who is twin of yours.Sorry for that,I've never seen two of you together at the same time before.Sometimes I mistakes you for him,or the other way round. If Furion hadn't told me that he had a twin son,I wouldn't notice it."
Magina just gave out a smile,he is not a talkative kind of night elf, like his father, same to Lucius.Falmir was stuck in quite an embarrassing moment,he dared not say more, until something happened that saved himself out.
The ship jerked a little to sideways.Magina and Falmir looked at each other, and Falmir shrugged. He quickly left to check with the night elf who was steering the ship at the rear of the deck.Magina was left alone, then, the ship took a sudden shake again, this time more violent.
Magina was thrown off balance. He regained himself but was shaken again by another sudden jerking. It felt like something was banging against the hull of the ship, something heavy and big.He looked into the waters, trying to spot out what collided with the ship.He can make out an outline of a large shadow, and he saw it accelerating itself towards the ship again.
This time it impacted violently, the sailors on board begun to looked into the waters with the same idea as Magina had.Magina quickly ran for the cabin, and just as he reach the door Furion opened it.
"What's happening,Magina?"
"I don't know...Something under the water seems to had took a liking of our caravel. It's not good."
Furion looked past Magina, his eyes in shock.Behind Magina a voice shouted out,"KRAKEN!!!A KRAKEN!!!"
Magina also looked behind him.A massive tentacle burst out of the surface and grabbed one of the three masts on the ship.Another came out of the other side, grabbing the rear mast and tearing it together with the sails apart.
The ship shook as the tentacles moved left and right.Furion and Magina was stunned by this sight,"Go get your brother and moonblades,"Furion rushed Magina.
Lucius was about to see what's happening when Magina entered the cabin."What's...."
"No time to explain..."Magina cut off,"Get your moonblades,we'll need it."Magina went for both of his moonblades,Lucius too.
"Are we attacked?"asked Lucius.Magina didn't answer,he just led him out to the deck.Lucius too was stunned at what he saw.At least two more tentacles shot up and held the hull across the deck, the ship lowered a little.
Furion casted a spell towards the water, white flash shot from his staff, but nothing happened,it didn't damaged the kraken at all.Instead, the kraken reacted in fury, the total of eight tantacles all wrapped itself around some part of the ship, tearing it apart.
The ship started to crack at the hull.Magina and Lucius charged at the tentacles.Magina managed to cut off one cleanly with his good skills in moonblade, while Lucius jumped high to cut off another holding the center mast.A skin-tickling droning sound filled their ears.
All the other tentacles attacked furiously on board,a few night elves were caught by the tentacles and was tossed straight away into the sea.Magina was nearly hit by one but managed to blink away in the last moment.Furion himself was caught by one of the tentacles,it squeezed him tightly and held him high in the air.
"Father!!!"Magina yelled out,he dodged an incoming tentacle.Magina looked up high, where his father is.The tentacle was ready to throw Furion far away into the sea.Magina slashed the lower part of the tentacle,it bled yellowish liquid onto the deck.Magina gave it a slash again, this time nearly cutting it through. The kraken gave out a low hum as it did just now.
Furion was dropped into the water with a splash.Lucius jumped into the water to save him, while two tentacles went for Magina. It wrecked the front mast from the base,Magina blinked away from the scene and the two tentacles banged into each other.Nevertheless the remaining tentacles swung itself in a berserk.
Then,in a quick haste, the kraken collected its tentacles back into the waters, and swam away.Leaving a mess on the ship behind.
Lucius carried Furion on his back and climbed on board.Furion seemed safe and unharmed."What happened to the kraken?"Lucius asked Magina a question which Magina himself is in needing of an answer.
"I don't know.Don't mind that first,how's father?"
Furion stood up on his feet, his whole body in salt water."I'm fine,I'm fine. It's not the first time I suffer from this high fall,"Furion assured them.
Falmir appeared with a sword in his hand. His body is injured, and lies in a bloody bath. His left hand is bent in an awkward angle, apparently it was broken and twisted.
"How are you guys?I hope you are not injured."Falmir said.
"Care for yourself first,Falmir.Your hand is injured,"Lucius said to him.
"Oh!This?It's nothing."
"Give me your hand,"Furion told Falmir. He quietly raised his left hand to Furion.Furion mumbled something at his hand and miraculously,it was healed.
"That should do it."
"Well. Thanks Furion.Unfortunately for Brim and Elstad...They...They're dead...."Falmir suddenly looked very upset.
None of them had spoken.Brim and Elstad refers to the night elves who were tossed into the sea.
"I think we should return to our journey, hope our ships behind won't be attacked by krakens,"said Falmir.
"No.They won't.And I think I know why the kraken left us,"Furion said.
Falmir was about to ask why,Furion stopped him,and gestured into the air,as if asking him to listen to something.
Indeed there is something in the air.A slow sound,at first sounded like echoes but slowly it grew into a melody. The melody was sung in the language of men,in a sweet voice.
Falmir felt that he is almost in heaven upon hearing this song, his eyes grew heavy, and legs became weak.He felt sleepy and yawned.
"Stay awake Falmir!!!"Furion told him,he couldn't,the more he listen to the music the more his consciousness drifts away.
"Don't,Falmir!!You'll never wake up again if you do!"Furion said loudly.
At least Falmir listened to what Furion said and made effort to stay awake. The ship was sailing in the fog with the help of a light breeze, slowly it cruises through the water, and Falmir can see a wide formation of rocks standing not far in front.
The song became sweeter the deeper the ship sails.Eventually they reached where the song was coming from.
The fog was so heavy that nothing more than twenty feet away is visible.
"What is it father?"Magina asked, clenching the moonblades tightly in his hands.Lucius was also prepared for what's coming.
"It's the Naga Sirens,Naga outcasts who refuses the Naga ways. They wonders in the seas unlike the Nagas that lives in their own lakes."
A humanoid figure jumped onto the ship,no,at least three of them,as Magina can feel.In Magina and Lucius' vision they could only see three shadows coming their was.
"Stand back father,"Magina said. Both Lucius and Magina stood in front of Furion and Falmir,in their defensive stance.
The shadows appeared clearer as they came closer, slithering.Three of them are green in coulour, and bears Naga looks, except for having humanoid faces. One of them was singing the song.Falmir fell in love with that voice immediately and again sleepiness overruns him.
The Naga Sirens held long pikes in their hands, all of them made hissing sounds of Nagas as soon as they saw the four of them. They split and slither closer in three directions,Magina and Lucius can't hold them from three fronts if they attack now.
"Stop!" A voice calls out from the fog.Five more Nagas appeared from the fog,the one in the middle standing highest among all Naga Sirens.Obviously she was the one who called out.Three of the attacking Naga Sirens backed off.
Furion pushed Magina and Lucius aside slightly so that he could see who was the Naga Siren."Slithice!"Furion called.
The Naga Siren in the mid stood out and looked at Furion."Well...If it isn't Furion. What brings you here into our waters?"
"I was on my way to Westwindal, but a kraken attacked us on the way,and we drifted here."
"Kraken? There's no krakens in our waters, they fear us."Slithice said in a confident tone.
"Maybe that's the reason it left us alone. It got to near to your domain."
Slithice smiled."How hadn't you changed for a long time, even your way of speeches that lingers in my mind was no different from what i heard today."
"Was that an insult,my old friend?"Furion also smiled, while beside him Magina,Lucius and Falmir looked puzzled.
"Is there anything I might help you here,Furion?"
"Er...Yes,the fog here is obstructing us very much.I need to reach Westwindal in the quickest time possible,I don't have much time left."
"What is it in Westwindal that even the most laid back friend I know wants to reach there fast?"
Furion's expression changed in an instant, the Naga Siren called Slithice also looked serious when Furion showed his face.
"Not to keep this from you,a war is about to erupt in Westwindal. And I must reach there in time to stop it."
"A war?! That is quite ridiculous, didn't the Alliance and all races reached an agreement that a ceasefire is to be hold on forever?"
"But this is not Orcs or any other thing else. It's the Lich King!He made contact with the liches, now he is planning to free himself."
Slithice can't believe what he said. The Lich King?Wasn't he dead?
"Believe me Slithice,a prophet tells no lies, moreover toa friend."
Slithice was quite convinced, she said something to her fellow Naga Sirens, and a few of them slithered off."Furion,I trust you as a friend and as a prophet. My sisters will clear the fog with some magics, you'll be able to see clearly in a moment."
"Thank you Slithice,"Furion bowed to the Naga Siren. In a few minutes time, the fog became less and less thicker. He looked at his surroundings, soon, the fog is gone, and he can see many Naga Sirens laying on the rocks.
"There is your ships I believe,"Slithice pointed far out in the north. All four of them squinted as they saw warships of their kind lining up in a straight line, but was at stationary.
"Yes,it is!"Falmir yelled out in excitement,"And the fog,it's completely gone."
Furion's worry of the night elves in the island of Westwindal returned."Do you think you can steer this ship there,Falmir?"
"Absolutely,I'll go do it now."
Slithice's fellow Naga Sirens behind her slithered away. She herself remained."Furion, the war of your speaking,in times of need,my sisters and I will be ready to aid you in your battle."
She turned and jumped into the waters. Then in succession, all the other Naga Sirens jumped into the sea.
"I'm glad we're on out way again,"Magina said to Furion. He has the same thought. For Azeroth may be in peril if he is a little too late.
The ship moved slowly towards the main armada.Falmir and one of his remaining sailors lowered the battered sails. They cherished the moment while they can.

=Chapter 6:Gathering of the Damned=
Snow rained on Abbadon and his convoy, which formed a column behind him.As ordered,he was to deliver the seer Azarine to Kel'Thuzad, who went back to Necrocity at the foot of Mount Frostbite by the means of using the dark portal of Azgalor.
Abbadon can already see Necrocity not far away in the north, backed by the mighty mountain. The snow fell more relentlessly,Abbadon called for haste in the column. His toes are already starting to freeze but it suits him well.
Pugna walked with the caravan behind Abbadon. He was tasked to oversee Azarine, not Leiya.Azarine was bounded in the hands and legs by rope and locked in a cage.A Netherward was planted next to him to surpress any of his attempts to escape using spells.
Lion,Leoric,Meepo and Bone Clinkz were left at the rubbles of Tavindel.Kel'Thuzad had requested them to remain at line and build a forward base on Tavindel for further invasions.
Necrocity draws near, looming towers cast shadows on the lands beneath, unholy spirits surrounds the atmosphere. The eerie green aura shakens any mortal souls.Necrocity was built in a Devilish theme, all buildings it possess were glistering black and torny at its sides.Statues of gargoyles and demons stood on any flat surfaces available, each posting unique and fearsome postures.
Abbadon froze no more, instead warmth was felt even though the snow battered the column. He looked underneath, the bluish ice bore some redness in it,a red in such of a fire.
It was from the icy ground below,he is now standing on top of hell itself, once lairs of the feared Doom Guards.Every gallop Nightmare does leaves prints in the ice,and waters vaporise as it goes.He can hear crackings of fires coming from it in his heart as he goes.
The gate of Necrocity is opening as Abbadon and the column approaches. The gate was shaped in resemblance of a skull, and as its 'jaws' open,a group of undeads appeared, along with some ghouls.
The undeads were unlike bare flesh skeleton warriors or rotten ghouls, they were zombies. All bearing the same foul stenches as ghouls do.They are more durable than their counterparts, capable of receiving more punishments but are less agile and mindless compared to ghouls and skeletons warriors.
A knight riding on a fine horse that matches Abbadon's led the pack as they walk out in three lines. The horse however,is not a living horse like Nightmare, but a half rotten horse barely with flesh left dressed in dull black armors. It breathes fire from its nose as it strode on,eyes shining in red orbs.
Both Abbadon's army and the new army met at the gates. The knight leading the new army rode to Abbadon while the rest were still emptying from Necrocity.
The knight was in full armor, fine mithril chainmails with alloy plates forged with the fires of hell encasing it.He took of his helmet, revealing a red faced orc.
"General Abbadon,"he said as he bowed his head.
Abbadon urged Nightmare to move forth a little to the knight."Nessaj...what news from the city?"Abbadon asked as he steered his horse.
"Kel'Thuzad had issued an order that we are to take control of the west lane immediately by capturing Palthus town.I and Dirge were to lead the attack,"Nessaj said in a haste, much like in need of time.
"Why all the rush?I thought Kel'Thuzad wants this to be stealthy and desicive.Any of the reasons he told you of?"
Nessaj shook his head. His hairs already whitened by the snows, and snows fell as he shook."I'm afraid the night elves knows of our plan already. The seer that you were asked to capture had made contact with the night elves.Kel'Thuzad fears that they might come soon.Too soon for us to be ready."
The whole army of zombies had cleared of Necrocity behind Nessaj.A battle horn was sounded as a signal of departure.Nessaj looked behind, his face in grim expression.
"I must go now,"Nessaj said hastily. He tucked his helmet onto his head and rode off.The gate is now clear for Abbadon's entrance into Necrocity.
A necromancer in hood greeted Abbadon as soon as he enters."Greetings,my liege.Kel'Thuzad have an order that all heroes are to attend a council now in the council chambers."
Abbadon nodded. The cage imprisoning Azarine was dragged in on horse cart.Pugna and Mogul popped up beside Abbadon, who was just unmounting from Nightmare."Hurry, young Abbadon. We must not let him wait, must we?"Pugna said as if he know what the necromancer told Abbadon.
Pugna gestured at some skeletons who were unloading Azarine's jail from the cart.Their eyes gleamed a little, and lifted the cage.Pugna also waved at Leiya, telling her to follow them.Abbadon left his priced horse to some caretaker before leaving for the main castle where the council was held.
=== === === === === === === === === === === === === === ===
Kel'Thuzad sat on a chair as he looked at those who attended the council, standing in two line from the front of him to the doors of the chamber, leaving a wide space between the lines for anyone to face Kel'Thuzad directly as they enter.
His eyes rolled furiously as he waits for his general to arrive."Why isn't he here yet?!"He burst out,and stood from the fine oak chair he was sitting on.
Nobody answered him,Kel'Thuzad got annoyed when all the sudden, the two doors spread apart, revealing a human in frosty armor and white hair with Frostmourne in his hand.
Pugna and Mogul followed Abbadon inside the chamber.Kel'Thuzad ravished at this sight,"Ah....There you are,I was waiting for you.Come, come, take your places. And where is the seer?"
Abbadon and Mogul walked side by side to their positions in the lines, standing nearest to the lich.Pugna led the skeletons as they carried the still unconscious Azarine to Kel'Thuzad.
Kel'Thuzad examined the seer from his seat, his fingers drumming against the armrests."So this is it,Pugna?"he asked, raising an eyebrow is he had any.
"Yes my lord...This is the seer of Tavindel,"Pugna hissed, and turned to the skeletons,"Bring him out of the cage."
They obeyed, and laid Azarine on the floor just not far from Kel'Thuzad. The lich hovered over Azarine to inspect him.Pugna put his hand on Azarine's forehead and channeled some magics into it,then he grinned happily at Kel'Thuzad."He has been awaken,"hissed Pugna to Kel'Thuzad.
The lich stayed quiet as he witnesses Azarine opening his eyes. The bright candles in the chamber glared into his eyes."Where am I?"Azarine asked.
"You are now in Necrocity,"Pugna answered before letting out a soft but sinister laugh.Kel'Thuzad raised his hands and aimed towards Azarine's face.He blasted a spell into his face,Azarine cried out loud, his voice echoed in the chamber.
"That was for blinding him..."Kel'Thuzad said to Pugna after seeing question marks on his head.
The lich held Azarine's neck with his icy and bony fingers. He lowered himself and lifted Azarine up just enough to reach his face.He breath freezing air into his face,Azarine choked and coughed.
"Now..The seer of Tavindel...I demand you to answer few of my questions...Where is the Divine Rapier?"Kel'Thuzad asked in a calm voice.
"Never will I betray the night elves!!!Never!!!"Azarine shouted at Kel'Thuzad. He struggled to free himself, and gave up after a while.Kel'Thuzad was really angry at his reply, and his eyes burst into a fiercer blue flame.
"Very well..."Kel'Thuzad whispered into Azarine's left ear,icy airs came out as he did so and turned Azarine's left ear whitish blue, freezing it.Azarine looked agonized but he kept to pain to himself.
"Vol'Jin!!!"Kel'Thuzad turned and shouted.
"Did someone called for a doctor?"A dwarvish figure said as he walked out of the lines. He had a staff in his right hand with variety of skulls hanging on it,some with corks plugged on the top of the skull.
Kel'Thuzad looked at him,and smiled in an evil look."Your expertise is needed very desperately..."Kel'Thuzad said to him.The witch doctor smiled too,he always loved it when Kel'Thuzad said that.
Vol'Jin walked with assistance of his staff. The skulls made different sounds as they knocked each other. He reached Kel'Thuzad, and pulled his worn robe so that it is not disrupting his movements.
"Ah...I see a stubborn night elf here who refuses to bow to the Scourge. No matter...No matter..."He laughed,in a way that almost all in the chamber was quite disturbed. His free hand grabbed hold of one of the skulls dangling from his staff,he squinted at the skull for a while and pulled it out from the cluster.
"This should do it...The truth potion, newly invented by me if you ask,"Voi'Jin said proudly to Kel'Thuzad and Pugna who were witnessing.Pugna casted a spell that made Azarine open his mouth wide.Vol'Jin uncorked the skull and dropped some of the potion into his mouth,it made a sizzling sound.
Azarine made effort to not to drink it down but he couldn't,it crawled down his throat.Vol'Jin laughed again as the potion slowly takes effect on the seer, seeping into every part of his body.He started to shake violently as the poison run over him,and stopped a moment later, lying down as peaceful as ever.
Kel'Thuzad stared at Azarine's face."He's now ready to spill any details that you may ask for,my lord,"Vol'Jin assured Kel'Thuzad, and bowed out to join the ranks.
The lich held him up again, and asked,"Tell me,where is the exact location of the Divine Rapier sent by the gods?"
Azarine answered without even thinking,"The Divine Rapier had been moved several times to various locations to prevent it from being stolen, and had always been guarded by the us,the night elves. The last known location it had been is under the new World Tree, buried deep among its roots."
Kel'Thuzad was overjoyed,and turned to Vol'Jin,"Impressive work,Vol'Jin."
Vol'Jin bowed,"It's ever my pleasure to serve the Scourge,my lord."
"Lock up this seer in the dungeons,I shall see him later to interrogate him,"Kel'Thuzad said, and two skeletons came to drag him out of the chamber,"Meanwhile, let's discuss about our war plans shall we?"
"My lord, before that,I would like you to meet the night elf traitor who had helped us in the siege of Tavindel. She was the one who handed the seer to us.It would be best if she is granted a rank among us,for I see great powers in her,"Pugna suggested to Kel'Thuzad.
"Bring her in,"Kel'Thuzad waved his hand and returned to his seat.A feminine figure entered the chamber, she walked down the aisle and knelt down before Kel'Thuzad,"I am Leiya, last of the phantom assassins, willing to do thy bidding whenever and whatever it could be...Let me bring the whole new meaning of justice to this world, with your command I shall bring the enemies down to their knees."
The lich was astounded by her ways of speaking, full of confidence in every word spoken."So...I heard that you were the one who betrayed the night elves in Tavindel,"Kel'Thuzad said without looking at Leiya.
"Yes.It is I who did.I've been plotting against them since they shunned me aside, humiliated. And you gave me chance to do so.For this I wish to pledge my loyalty to the Scourge, and I will not disappoint you."
Kel'Thuzad pondered, and snarled,"Good. Now,show me what you've got.Feel free to take on anyone here."
Leiya stood up,and looked around her."Which one of you holds the honour of being the strongest here?"She asked.
"I do..."A stout orc and demon hybrid took one step out of the lines. He wore the skin of his favourite game on him,the bloodstalker, and a menacing attack blade equipped on his right arm, tainted with bloods of his previous victims.
Strygwyr they called him,and he is rather to be known as the bloodseeker.he is merciless to any foes, and has an insatiable hunger for bloods. His prized bloodstalker cloth is smeared with crimson liquids,to tell everyone that he is not a person to mess with.
Leiya pulled out her bladering that was hanging from her back.Strygwyr swung his head side to side, making a cracking sound, and then fixed a hostile glare at Leiya.
"This is the Scourge's place,we fight the Scourge's rule.Which is...fight to the death..."Strygwyr widen his smile.
Leiya was not intimidated by his looks."Sounds good to me,"She replied without objection. All the sudden the whole chamber is full of suspense,no one dared to speak, and the two lines moved apart from the epicenter, until they are backed against the walls.
Leiya and Strygwyr casted their eyes on each other, and stayed motionless.Leiya initiated the battle, she ran at Strygwyr and exchanged a few blow with each other, all missed target as both of them were very focused.
Leiya dodged one of the bloodseeker's fist and threw her bladering at him.
Strygwyr evaded the bladering with minimal movement,Leiya was still running at him.The bladering boomeranged back to Strygwyr,it was too late when he realized it,it cut Strygwyr's left shoulder and Leiya jumped to grab hold of her bladering.
Strygwyr knelt on his knees,Leiya was about to strike the death blow on his head,Strygwyr shield himself with his blades.
Leiya pondered her next move and it gave time to the bloodseeker. With a mighty force he punched Leiya in the ribcage, rupturing her bones.Leiya flew backwards from the blow, and slid until her head hits a wall.
Strygwyr didn't go for Leiya to finish her, instead he ripped his wound wider, and drank the bloods with pleasure. He draws his power from bloods, every drip of blood he sips instantly stimulates his warrior's instinct, gaining acute agilities and strength.
Leiya tried to lift herself but her body won't budge. She coughed blood on her cloth,Srygwyr laugh with delight at her.
"Weakling...Phantom assassins eh?What a load of crap they are to breed warriors like you,"Strygwyr mocked. He walked to Leiya and laid his blades on her face.
The bloodseeker's mockery fueled her anger, she looked angrily at him and said,"You don't have to take back those words you've just said."
Suddenly,Leiya disappeared.Strygwyr was puzzled at this sight,he turned around and just as he does a razor sharp blade from nowhere slashed his chest, forming a nasty gash on it.Bloods started to ooze violently from the gash.
Strygwyr stared down at his wound, when all the sudden another slash again came slicing his chest, paralleled to his last gash.
The bloodseeker swung his blades furiously, but it hit nothing, apparently Leiya is invisible now,and laughing back at Strygwyr's foolishness.
The crimson bloods flowed endlessly,Strygwyr's power was drained from the massive lost of blood.Every swing he does only encourages his blood to squeeze through the wound.
Leiya reappeared in front of him,she was also badly wounded from the rupturing blow, she coughed blood again. But all this doesn't hurt her anymore than the insults on the Phantom Assassins where Leiya learned every skills she owns.
Leiya unsheathed a dagger from her belt, her glares every so fear inspiring. She slowly walked to Strygwyr, who was immobilized from the lost of bloods.
"NO!!!Stop this madness!!!"Strygwyr begged Leiya as she comes. Her aura is heartstopping, even the fearless bloodseeker was intimidated by it.This aura, usually comes together with death.
Without warning Leiya blinked to Strygwyr and thrusted the dagger into the gash she just made. She smiled in an evilish manner to Strygwyr, and pushed the dagger deeper.Strygwyr spit bloods onto the floor,he turned his head slowly to gaze at Leiya.
"How's the feel of the Shadow Strike? The finishing move of the Phantom Assassins,"Leiya whispered into his ear, thrusting the dagger even deeper until only half of the hilt is visible.Leiya grinned, with both anger and joy.
She pulled out the dagger.Strygwyr jolted back, his blood turned black, corrupting his whole body, even his skin turned black moments later.
Strygwyr gasped for air,he reached out to hold Leiya.Leiya spoke no more to him,she raised her bladering high, and dealt the final blow,Coup de Grace,to Strygywr in his neck severing his head from his body.
Leiya stood in silence, she turned to Kel'Thuzad and knelt to him, taking brief glances at all the others around him.Everyone except Kel'Thuzad was shocked at what happened, one of their best fighters the bloodseeker had fallen under the newcomer. They dared no to move closer, not even the immortal Abbadon nor undead Pugna.
Kel'Thuzad was impressed,he said to Leiya,"Bravo...Bravo...You managed to prove yourself.Anyone here still have doubts over her ability to join the ranks of Scourge?"
They kept quiet, most of them eyes still widen by the sight.Kel'Thuzad assumed that they had no more doubts,"Very well.Leiya, you said was your name?"
"Yes,"replied Leiya.
"From now on,you are Leiya no more,a night elf sentinel no more.I grant you the name...Mortred,bearing the meaning of as quick as winds and as sharp as blades. From now on,you are one of us,one of the Scourge.Rise,Mortred!!!"Kel'Thuzad said in an ritualistic tone.
"Yes,my lord."Mortred stood up,a skeleton brought forth a wicked helmet looking helmet to her.Kel'Thuzad gestured at her to wear it,and she did so.Wearing the new helmet, she sends an evil aura throughout the chamber, she walked to join the lines, and the other heroes kindly made spaces for her.
"Drag Strygwyr's body out to feed Viper. Our King's pet may be quite hungry after years of imprisoning in the ice,"Kel'Thuzad ordered the skeletons. Two of them dragged the main body while one of them picked up his head, they scurried outside the chamber.
"Now,are there any more questions before I start the discussion on our plan?"Kel'Thuzad said.
"Good..."said Kel'Thuzad as soon as he finished asking,"Now,let me have a briefing of what we'll talk about today. As you can see,Nessaj,Dirge and some fellow heroes had set for Palthus in the west by my command, the night elves had already knew of our existence and they are coming.I cannot afford to let them foil us again, not now when the Scourge are on the brink of extinction."
"How did you suppose that they were coming?"Abbadon interrupted.
"That is because they nearly killed one of my krakens,"a strudy giant answered. It was Leviathan, the Tidehunter, master of the sea creatures.Abbadon always pay full respect to him because of his fear instilling appearance.
"Yes.Leviathan told me of this, and the kraken recognized those night elven ships, coming in numbers,"Kel'Thuzad said,"They had brought war to us again. How I wish they could just let us be."
"As you know I've gathered all of you to fight against them. But in this we are lacking of the backbone of the Scourge tradition,we lacked a leader of the necromancers,"Kel'Thuzad continued.
"Is that why you asked Nessaj to take on Palthus instead of the most important terrain to conquer, the central plains?"
"Apparently yes, young Abbadon.I can still sense it...The presence of Rotund'Jere...It can still be felt coming from the west.He is the leader of the necromancers and those damned souls only obey him.He had ignored the call of Scourge ,if he was to brought back,we will have an edge over those scums."
"Don't you realize that once the night elves holds the central plains we will have a hard time fending them off?"Abbadon asked,he stood out to face Kel'Thuzad.
Silence befalls the chamber,so quiet that they can hear birds crowing outside.Kel'Thuzad too looked at Abbadon in silence, then he laughed.
"My boy...My boy...You must've think that I am so...foolish...to left this out of my thought.Well,as a matter of fact,I don't plan to defend the central plains by ourselves.Remember the Nagas in the Naga Lake in between the west route and central plains? They have a rivalry with the night elves since many centuries ago."
"What about them?"Pugna asked.
"I wonder why are you even standing here among us,Pugna,"the lich commented,"I plan pledge alliance with them. After all, they enjoy killing night elf scums."
Abbadon was quite satisfied with Kel'Thuzad's plan.He must make sure that they succeed in this, because if they do,his soul shall live peacefully forever.
The whole chamber resumed to normal atmosphere again as Kel'Thuzad told them more on their campaign. And none of them questioned anymore, only listening intently.
To be continued....
