Ulfseer – The Ursa Silencer

He from furbolgs company, life for protect the Sentinel. He also called the Ursa Silencer or Furbolg Silencer because of his abilities to make his enemies can’t cast spell, with his powerful magic.

Str: 16 + 1.5 Agi: 18 + 2.1 Int: 23 + 2.9
Damage: 45 - 49 HP: 454 Mana: 273
HP Regen: 0.73 Mana Regen: 0.93
Attack Speed: 1.7 Armor: 5

Silence (E)
Stops all enemies in a target area from casting spells.
Level 1 - Lasts 3 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 4 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 4 - Lasts 6 seconds.
100 AoE.
Mana Cost: 90
Cooldown: 15

Mana Burn (R)
Sends a negative bolt that burns target hero mana. The mana combusts, dealing damage equal to the amount of mana burned.
Level 1 - Burn up to 70 mana.
Level 2 - Burn up to 120 mana.
Level 3 - Burn up to 185 mana.
Level 4 - Burn up to 260 mana.
Mana Cost: 65/85/100/115
Cooldown: 7

Magic Claw (G)
He has an ability to become his damage to be damage per second for 5 seconds. His opponents become silenced at the end of Magic Claw’s duration.
Level 1 - 7% of your damage. Silence for 2 seconds.
Level 2 - 8% of your damage. Silence for 2.25 seconds.
Level 3 - 9% of your damage. Silence for 2.5 seconds.
Level 4 - 10% of your damage. Silence for 2.75 seconds.
Passive.
Does not stack.

Painful Silence (F)
Silence opponent and dealing damage for 5 seconds. Casting range improves/level.
Level 1 - Enemy lose 60 HP and mana/second. 500 casting range.
Level 2 - Enemy lose 75 HP and mana/second. 650 casting range.
Level 3 - Enemy lose 90 HP and mana/second. 800 casting range.
Mana Cost: 200/255/300
Cooldown: 50

A copy of Ulfsaar and Nortrom LoL XD.I think his a too much lookalike.Cant you name him to something else insted of Ulfseer?
