Jimmy Neutron – The Boy Genius

He come with Time Machine from the future. He will help the Sentinel to destroy the Scourge Base with his powerful weapon.

Range: 460 Move Speed: 310
Primary: INT
Str: 14 + 1.2 Agi: 17 + 2.2 Int: 26 + 4
Damage: 50 - 60 HP: 416 Mana: 338
HP Regen: 0.64 Mana Regen: 1.05
Attack Speed: 1.9 Armor: 3

Upgrade Tornado Blaster (U)
Whenever he kill enemies, his Tornado Blaster will create a vortex to the place where the units die, damaging enemies that stand at the vortex.
Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 1 - Deal 20 damage/second, enemies near 200 AoE of vortex lose 2% of their max HP/second.
Level 2 - Deal 30 damage/second, enemies near 200 AoE of vortex lose 3% of their max HP/second.
Level 3 - Deal 40 damage/second, enemies near 200 AoE of vortex lose 4% of their max HP/second.
Level 4 - Deal 50 damage/second, enemies near 200 AoE of vortex lose 5% of their max HP/second.
Orb Effect.
Passive, vortex have 80 AoE.
Framework: Small Blue Vortex.

Create Potion (C)
He can create 5 healing potions added to the inventory to heal wounds.
Level 1 - 110 mana cost.
Level 2 - 100 mana cost.
Level 3 - 90 mana cost.
Level 4 - 80 mana cost.
Each potion heal 250 HP and have 13 seconds cooldown. Cannot be pawned.
Mana Cost: 110/100/90/80
Cooldown: 90
Note: Everytime you cast this spell, it’s need 1 slot of inventory.

Auto-Turret (T)
Create an immobilize Gatling-Gun at target location that attacks nearby enemies at unlimited timed life. Each gatling gun attack one enemy.
Need 10/9/8/7 seconds to build.
Level 1 - Have 200 HP, 1 heavy armor, 12-14 chaos damage, attack every 0.5 second. Maximum of 1 Gatling-Gun.
Level 2 - Have 250 HP, 1 heavy armor, 14-16 chaos damage, attack every 0.4 second. Maximum of 2 Gatling-Gun.
Level 3 - Have 300 HP, 2 fortifield armor, 16-18 chaos damage, attack every 0.3 second. Maximum of 3 Gatling-Gun.
Level 4 - Have 350 HP, 2 fortifield armor, 18-20 chaos damage, attack every 0.2 second. Maximum of 4 Gatling-Gun.
It have 500 range.
Mana Cost: 125
Cooldown: 35/30/25/20

Shrink Ray (R)
Shrink single target to slow it’s movement speed for 20 seconds. It also weaking the target.
Level 1 - Slow for 15%, -20% damage, and -5 Strength.
Level 2 - Slow for 20%, -25% damage, and -10 Strength.
Level 3 - Slow for 25%, -30% damage, and -15 Strength.
2 second casting time, and 600 casting range.
Mana Cost: 200/350/500
Cooldown: 30
