In this post I would like to ask everyone's opinion. As most know, Kelen's Dagger of Escape cannot be used by Pudge and Vengeful Spirit. In your opinion, why are those two prohibited from using it? I found out that the both of them had something in common: Pudge and Vengeful Spirit can change the position of enemy heroes. Pudge has Meat Hook and Vengeful Spirit has Nether Swap. So..in my opinion,i think those two cannot use the dagger is because they may blink to an area which cannot be reached(example in the middle of a clump of trees), hook or swap positions of an enemy hero and blink away from the spot, leaving the enemy hero stuck in the place unless he or she has blink. The only way for the enemy hero to escape the secluded area then is to put in the command -unstuck which takes about 1 minute to do, which gives enough time for the hero to keep pushing like mad in the enemy hero's presence. So what do you think? If you have any other reasons, please state them.

..imagine 1 minute youre stuck!!! that way out!!
... think about the lvl-gap!!!its a major disadvantage..!!
..
.... we still use that techinique!!! for combos and trapping enemy heroes!! such as:

magina and vengeful it really works!!
.. once we trap our enemy the only thing he do/does is wait
...sumtimes they quit they just burst out!!telling and accusing us of cheating!!! its teamwork you know!!! duH!! ehehehe!!!

Practically wat u hav jus said is the same thing that a friend told me.. so i believe that could be the reason why they cant use dagger escape. LOL XD

shouldn't storm use kelen's?
he can also change the location of a hero.
use lighning grapple and drag your enemy to the pit or somewhere unreachable and leave him there while storm uses kelen's to escape the pit or somewhere unreachable.???

ok no need....i already found out..I do not know much about the new heroes yet, I do not have 6.44 yet but I do know that you can also do that too 4ndroid plus, thx

Have you tried using a dagger on Pudge or Venge?

Try it out in Single Player Mode and let's see.

What you said is true. Both of the hero can make the opponent to waste a minute waiting for the -unstuck command. The blink-swap technique is not cheating but a stretegy but the downside is Vengeful Spirit have to waste 45 second of her time to wait for the swap cd.

No that's pretty much why they cant use it; because they'll put the opponents on unescapable places having to wait for unstuck...
But also, imagine pudge with a blink dagger, he would blink right next to you with rot on, dismember you, chase you if you survived and if you haven't died already he'd just hook you...
For him it's having the chance to execute his combo twice (except the dismember part) which is WAY powerful...
But on venge i have no idea XDDDDD

grapple doesnt work the same as meathook/swap. you cant grapple into the trees, it doesnt allow you too

Do you know guys that vengeful is banned in league dota games, because their a secret link whole you can trap an enymy by using vengeful with an item kelen's dagger of escape.
